Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores apartamentos donde me he hospedado (quizas el mejor...) La ubicación es inmejorable, esta ubicado en un famoso peatonal al que llaman la calle del arte y a sólo unos minutos caminando de la zona de ocio y de la mejor playa de Santa Maria. La limpieza es insuperable, la zona chill out en la azotea perfecta para relajarte al final del dia, cerraduras inteligentes etc etc. Estos apartamentos han superado de largo mis mejores expectativas.

Everything was fine.

We liked the apartment. It is located very central. Everything new and clean. The showerhead had a good pressure and there was hot water. The wifi was fast in every part of the apartment. Two ACs in the rooms one fan over the couch. The common area is nice, airy with comfortable couches in the shade. Best thing is you can enter the building and the apartment with a code, so every guest can go and come as they please without coordinating with the keys. The host was well reachable via whatsapp and and although there is no reception, they had people to come over for help very quickly.

There are two different apartments, ones with windows looking outside and ones that have windows towards the patio. So if you want sunlight coming into the apartment or a view, check which type you chose.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was beautiful and very clean, the hosts were always available and very friendly (Thank you, Aniceto!), the location was great, so close to everything. We really felt like home and if we come back, we will definitely stay here!
