This place is great. Fresh remodel, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable. Felt at home in this property and will definitely return.

This was my 2nd stay and I just love this place! It’s now my go-to place to reserve when I visit family in the north suburbs of Atlanta. It’s usually just me, and occasionally my granddaughter spends the night, but this place could easily accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. What I love the most is the spacious living/kitchen/dining area! It’s great for entertaining.

This place was absolutely perfect! Spotless, fully stocked and no detail overturned. We had a girls weekend in Woodstock and we will be back to stay here again next year. Best place I have ever stayed at on VRBO.

This home was perfect for entertaining and family dinners! I stayed by myself, but family that lives locally came over and the layout was perfect for get togethers. The main/great room is so spacious. The entire house is decorated nicely and it truly feels like a home away from home. Super clean and it had everything needed for a great visit. I’ve already booked another visit in April.

And very relaxing. We hope to visit again!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was even better than the pictures. The host also went beyond our expectations. Our stay was spectacular even though we were not able to use most of the amenities. It was too cold to do anything outside! We would love to return in the summer!

This was a fabulous house with everything absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and open living room made meals and gatherings so much fun. My family loved the gas firepit on the deck and spent many happy hours there. Every evening we built a wood fire in the backyard firepit. In addition to this beautiful home, the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. It was a 10-minute walk down to the lake and several of us walked the 1-mile loop every day. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling in the Atlanta area and would not hesitate to stay there again. Kudos to our host Connie who responded to every question prior to booking promptly and left a candy treat on our arrival.

This was a great place to stay. It was very nicely decorated on the inside. Lots of notes/directions. We were visiting the area for a wedding so the house was a good location.

Rental was super clean, laid out nicely, furnishings were well done also. Description was accurate and we mostly had what we needed. One con was there was no iron/board in the house. We rented as we were in town for a wedding and had to go out and buy one, guess I missed that in the listing, but never had a rental where one wasn’t provided. A nice perk would be some firewood for the fire pit out back as well, but overall, it was a nice stay.

Location is great. Wonderful house! Natural wildlife all around. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing and peaceful and comfortable

This was the best vacation rental in which we have stayed. The house was super clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were in Georgia for the Perfect Game baseball tournament. We weren’t sure where to book because the schedule hadn’t been posted by the time we had to book, but opted for this house since we were supposed to have at least 2 games at the East Cobb complex. We ended up having no games in East Cobb and had to drive almost an hour on most days. However, being able to spend our downtime at this spacious and relaxing location made the drives worth it. Two of our games were north of this location and a much easier drive. (For what it is worth, our teammates who stayed in a hotel just north of Atlanta had almost the same commute as we did given Atlanta traffic but didn’t get the luxury of relaxing at such a great place after the games). The Little River Marina is about 10 minutes from the house and has boat rentals. We rented a pontoon and spent one day on the lake which is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. I would give this house 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful home for 2-4 people. Great host, clean, decorative and comfortable home. Nice location for easy access to the lake and only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, baseball complex and other needs. Wildlife in your front yard. It's great to just sit and watch with your morning coffee. Five stars.

The house was beautiful, super clean, great location and had anything you could need! The lake was just down the street and was a great place to cool off after a long day at the ball field. The owners were very responsive with communication. Our crew was sad to leave! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Connie
