We had a wonderful time celebrating my grandmother and gathering 5 generations (6 months-92) in one place. The kitchen was probably the best well stocked I’ve ever rented with plenty of cabinets for food storage. We love that there was 3 sitting areas but could easily gather together in main living space and on the huge deck. Only 2 down sides. It would have been nice to have a baby gate for the deck. Since we had a 17 month with us we bought one at Walmart. Secondly I would have expected a second refrigerator in the rec room. It would have been nice to have more room for food and/or beer. We hope to be back for 93rd birthday gathering.

The house was stocked with everything you could ever need. Plenty of floats for everyone to use in the lake. Plenty of room for our large party to spread out in the house. Wonderful place to stay!

The home is lovely, multiple stair entries, and floors inside the home. The house is very spacious and yet felt like home. The views from the house were also beautiful. The walkway leading down to the water was a nice gentle slope and the the dock swimming was clean of algae. Boat Dock is great but close to the channel so plan on heavy wakes. Kathy the host is amazing to work with, and very quick to respond. We can't wait to visit again!

Perfect for a large family gathering. Beautiful view. Plenty of parking. House was fully stocked with everything imaginable.

House was perfectly situated for multiple families within a group. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location to enjoy sunsets and the easy lake life. We will be back!

The home was just right for the 9 of us. The deck overlooking the lake was great during the day and the screened-in porch was ideal in the evenings. Enough bedroom space for at least another 2-4 people. Grandparents and little kids each enjoyed the home and swimming in the lake. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This house was perfect for our multi family vacation. The property is beautiful and well maintained. They have a large front yard with plenty of space to play games. We made a lot of memories and will definitely visit again.

Our family totally enjoyed the property. We rented a pontoon from the nearby Marina and great memories were made. Kids fished from the dock. The beds were comfy. Would go back again.

We spent over a week at this fabulous property with various family, friends and dogs! There are so many pocket areas in this house to accomodate all of your group and give everyone some private space. A lovely deck, boat dock, and anything and everything you just maybe, just might need! It was so clean and quiet and located on an excellent fishing leg of the lake. Also close to a marina in case you need to gas up your boat. The owner was excellent to work with - courteous and timely with all of our questions. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Several long-time freinds get together 3-4 times a year and a trip to Smith Lake is always 1 of the gatherings. This property was perfect. House was fully stocked. View is spectacular. Sleeping accommodations more than adequate.

Great place very nice. Trip not so great. Lost power for pretty much while stay due to storm and downed lines. This was out of their control but they did bring us a generator from 2 hours away so we could have some plugs and refrigerate our food. Not able to shower or use many lights but again they did the best they could. Has storm not come through trip would have been great

The house was clean and well stocked. The property is huge and super maintained! There was plenty of space for numerous people and my 2 dogs.

This was everything we where looking for in a place to stay and have Thanksgiving Dinner at and then go off-roading at Stoneylonesome. The fire pit and scenery of the lake are just the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

There is not enough space for my true review of this property! Beginning with the communication with the owner - who was absolutely one of the sweetest people ever. Without hesitation she began helping us and giving us info that made our time in town even better. Arrival, and check in was flawless. The home was in such a wonderful area - such a feeling of family & safety in every way! And once you stepped inside it was so warm and inviting - I felt like I was in my own home. We had littles with us & one thing I pay attention to - is are there lots of things they don't need to touch. That was not the case here - it was very child friendly. Stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast. Close to everything we needed. Great thrift store in Jasper. GO EAT AT WAREHOUSE 319! GET THE STEAK!!! Honestly - I can not say enough good about this whole experience! This lake house rental was probably the best vacation rental I have ever done through VRBO!!!

A family member was getting married at Windgate Farms. We stayed at Pate's Point for the long weekend. The house was perfect, including the view. We had 2 families, and everyone had their own space and could spread out. House was clean and well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family really enjoyed this home. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dishes,etc, bathrooms had plenty of towels & wash cloths. The large deck was great for morning coffee and evening after dinner drinks. The walkway to the dock/lake was short & not too steep. So convenient compared to other homes where we have stayed on other lakes. Owner was very responsive and check-in process was easy. Would definitely recommend.

The property is in an amazing location, easy access to Duskin Point Marina and just minutes to the grocery store and DG. The house is equipped with everything you will need. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I took our boys to Smith Lake for a last minute vacation and we were lucky enough to be able to stay in this perfect house! The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the view is amazing. We definitely plan to try and make this an annual trip! Thank you to our amazing hosts for a wonderful and relaxing time away!
