The condo was very spacious. It provided everything we needed. The office was very helpful. The only thing I wasn’t happy was the lighting on the outside of the condo, walkways, and in the pool. It was very dark.

Gosh I don't know where to start! We absolutely LOVED this condo! They had EVERYTHING we needed and more! If ya need basic essentials for the condo... just call and they have it! Gorgeous condo, so peaceful, and close to everything! We can't wait to visit and stay here again!

Property is exactly as shown in the photos. It's a nice touch to have the Ski / Snowboard holders by the entrance. The property is located on ground floor and the kitchen is well stocked. The private ski shuttle is excellent, super convenient that takes you to the Avon Gondola. It comes frequently with a stop right outside the unit. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tubs and pool. Our only suggestion for improvement is that many of the outlets in the property need attention. Especially in the living area several did not work which were needed to plug in our boot dryers. Overall Excellent stay. We would return.

The condo shuttle service to the Westin Gondola was great. Location was super close to Beaver Creek Village and Avon stores like the supermarket. Only 13 mins to Vail. The condo was perfect for 6 adults. The Kitchen was stocked very well with spices and lots of cooking tools. Great place for a family with kids of small group of adults.

We housed several work colleagues in this condo for an off-site meeting. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Living/dining/kitchen area is one large room that worked well for hosting a larger dinner party. The space is dark, but conveniently located near the rec center and has a shuttle bus that circulates often to take skiers up to Beaver Creek. Hot tubs were not conveniently located so we didn't use them.

The condo was great and very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. The living room and dining area was very nice and cozy and were a great place to hang out and play games with the family.

Great location .. beautiful place and easy access to shuttle for skiing. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom .. it was great for our family. Cooked a few meals and had game night at the dining table. :)

Overall it's a decent place at a nice location. It's marketed by Evolve and managed by Beaver Creek West. The only minor issues we had was the thermostats were pre-programmed and we could not change the setting so it got pretty warm at night. Also, the dishwasher rack was out of place and did not close properly. We reported both to BC West.

Shuttle was very convenient, and all but one driver would pick up and drop off in front of the unit, from there the skier shuttle would take us to the village for ski school
Every bedroom has its own bathroom
Check in and out was easy and staff was nice
Phone in the room to call front office
Hot tub and pool were great but the hot tubs could get borderline crowded

No shampoo provided
Floorplan is very long and narrow and is not very open/spacious (very minor con)

We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle was very convenient too! Kitchen was well equipped. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping.

Fantastic family spot for BC
The place was everything we needed to enjoy our week skiing Beaver creek. The kids loved the communal pool, hot tub and sauna. Transportation to the mountain was easiest when we drove or use the public shuttle since we wanted to end up as close as possible to ski school.

Terri’s space was beautiful and more spacious than we even expected! The condo was very clean and slept our group of friends comfortably, and the location was great for getting to Beaver Creek to explore during the day.

Nice stay
Visiting for a family wedding with children and grandkids. Kids enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately it was unusually warm and many buildings are not air conditioned. There were a number of fans and ceiling fans, although the fan in the master did not work and maintenance was unable to fix it. Other than the heat, very serviceable for our group.

Great stay. Unit is well stocked and maintained, check in check out smooth & uncomplicated, unit owner Teri always responsive, same for on-site staff in office right around corner. Location is excellent—walk or bike to anything in Avon.

All the small things are definitely well thought at this place!
It was super clean! Loved having the full length mirror as well as the Magnifying mirror!! (It’s the little things like this that you take for granted at home but are so handy when you have them on your vacation stay as well) My mil enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine! The extra rollaway bed came in handy as well. Communication with owner as outstanding! I highly recommend stay here!

Excellent Condo!
I couldn't be more pleased. I have lived in the valley for 22 years and needed a place for a "staycation" over Labor Day weekend. Knowing the area incredibly well, I decided I wanted to be near Nottingham Lake and have access to a pool. Teri's condo did not disappoint. It is spacious, clean and well located. Communication with Teri was prompt and easy! Don't hesitate to rent this VRBO!

FOUR MEN NEEDED TO SHARE THIS TOWNHOME, AND FOUND IT WONDERFUL! THEY REQUESTED TO RE-RENT THIS IF NEEDED DURING THE HIGHWAY CLOSURE. IT HAS EASY ACCESS TO THE HIGHWAY, AND WAS A VERY COMFORTABLE UNIT, WITH LOTS OF ROOM FOR ALL!

Easy walk to the pool. Incredibly easy walk to Nottingham lake! Layout was awesome bc the bedrooms were tucked in the back so the kids could be loud/watching movies and other people could be sleeping. Great condo.

Perfect condo for ski vacation
Absolutely beautiful property on 1st floor. Our family stayed with another family (4 adults, 2 small children, and 2 babies) and it was just perfect! Very spacious, beautifully appointed, and rooms far enough away from the living space that we didn’t wake the kids in the evenings! :)
We hope to return next ski season for a longer stay!
