We enjoyed this lovely place. It is close to the beach but the kids will love the fun pool with the cave too. It is well stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The house was very clean, which was greatly appreciated. The welcome basket filled with snacks was a nice surprise and made us feel at home after a long trip. The proximity to the beach was perfect; we enjoyed our walks there. The hot tub and pool were great amenities that added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. Additionally, the house itself was very pretty and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway experience. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful stay!

This VRBO provided a great stay for our family. The home was very clean, well appointed and very convenient to the beach. We stayed there with our adult children and grandchildren and it had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and patio were great for play time and meal time. There were beach toys, towels, chair and umbrellas! I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful house, and this house did not disappoint. We loved the jacuzzi hot tub and pool during our stay, and appreciated the size of the house to accommodate all of our guests. The host was fabulous to work with and would recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit cocoa beach.

Well if you are reading this you are probably looking for a place to stay in Cocoa Beach. I want to inform you that there is no reason for you to look any further as you have found NIRVANA. First off the communication is outstanding. We were kept inform of all aspects that related to our stay prior to arrival and while we were staying at the place the communication continued to be outstanding. When we arrived we entered the home and I say a 'HOME' as that is exactly what it felt like that we were entering a home. The place is so inviting and just has a wonderful aura. We were pleasantly surprised to see a Christmas Tree up and warmly decorated..... there was a wonderful welcome basket with goodies for our stay. The house has everything a family would want on a vacation. The number of items for a family to enjoy together were phenomenal. Kayaks, Hot Tub, Pool, Ping Pong & Pool Table. This wonderful home allowed us to enjoy Christmas and New Years together as a family. Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a wonderful time in Cocoa.

Our dental staff (11people) stayed TH-Sun to get out of cold Michigan! The house was perfect. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and had plenty to do. The pool was amazing, but chilly. The hot tub was a bit annoying because we had to be here to press the heat button every hour so or it would cool off and we were back to square one heating it up.

This home is amazing. It's exactly as pictured. Kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Pool area with hot tub and waterfall very enjoyable. Easy communication with the property manager. The S'Mores set up that Jeanne left for us was a very nice gesture. We really enjoyed making the S'Mores over the fire pit. We had a great time. The living room couch fit 8 adults very comfortably. The dinning room table also fit us all with room to spare. It was a perfect place to play cards and games. Then we found the elevator!! I am surprised, the elevator to the second floor was not mentioned in the ad for this house. It definitely helped since all the bedrooms were on the second floor and we had some older ladies with us. Very close to the beach. We will definitely rent this magnificent home again.

Thank you for having us at your property! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a few questions the first few hours of our arrival about how to operate the pool/spa. The property manager was quick to help us resolve our issues. We grilled out steaks one night with our son who lives in the area and his friends. Our dinner went great. We had all the kitchen supplies and space to have a nice dinner in. Thank you for having us at your lovely property!

The house is very nice, well appointed, listing is accurate, and is a great location in Cocoa Beach. The house is walkable to Lori Wilson park, which provides a convenient access point to the beach. It is also walkable to the Publix and a (long) walk to Ron Jon. The house backs up to a deep water canal that provides direct access to the Banana River. There is a boat ramp right off 520, only about 15-20 min ride to the house on the boat, and the oversized driveway fit our trailer easily. The pool is very nice, it has a waterfall coming off the side by the hot tub and over the grotto, which our kids loved. It’s also not super deep and our six-year old could touch in a sizable section of the pool. The only “negative” is the pool is exposed to sun all day with almost nothing to provide shade over the pool. Now this is definitely a bigger problem in August then April but something to be aware of with younger kids (e.g., we made our kids wear swim shirts when we knew it was going to be a “pool day”). Finally, inside the house, it is well appointed with essentials which are in good shape, and all the bedrooms and living area have good ceiling fans, and there are dual thermostats, with one for the upstairs bedroom area. House was very comfortable during our stay in one of the hottest weeks of the year for that area. There are also beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and two kayaks (which my kids loved). The house also has a high-chair, pack-and-play, and a baby gate.

The house was great! Plenty of rooms, very clean property and well stocked with everything we would need. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. The view from the dock was so peaceful and beautiful every night. Very relaxing getaway. Will definitely book again!

We came down with another family. The house was perfect and we had a great time ! Can’t recommend this house enough!

2 families, a total of 10 people, and the house was plenty big enough. This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and the location is fantastic. Private and quiet, the kids spent hours fishing from the dock in the canal and swimming. Dolphins would visit and you can catch them with the right timing. There is a beautiful beach probably 1/4 mile away and others close by to explore. Many beach amenities in garage. Easy drive to any place to eat, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral. Grocery very close. Appliances were nice and all worked well and the one or two times we needed to contact the property manager we got a quick response. What could be improved upon? Kids did complain the pull out mattresses were uncomfortable. There was limited, pretty beaten up cookware for the range. Even though someone came to clean the pool the kids did comment that the bottom was pretty gross… didn’t stop them from swimming though! Lastly, there are cameras that must be on even while guests stay, because at one point during the week we had a kayak on the dock for a couple hours… we were going to use it for a relay then it rained so the relay was delayed and we had left the kayak out because we were still planning to use it… anyway I received a message to please place it back before we even had a chance to get to our races. Not a huge deal but kind of weird we were being watched and I didn’t see that disclosed any where it I could have missed it.

Wonderful stay during the 4th weekend. The house was perfect for our family and very well maintained. The kayaks and boat recommendation on boatsetter were awesome. We saw so many dolphins while kayaking through the channels. House has everything you need for a staycation on the Florida space coast! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious home! It was very clean and the pool was awesome for the kids. We went to Universal one day and the Kennedy Space Center another.

Great house

This beautiful home was perfect for our large group of 11. The home was spacious and offered a lot to do for all ages. The location was great, being nearby the public beach. The hostess was extremely responsive. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, we would stay here again.

This home is FANTASTIC in every way. The location, finishing, amenities, and space went above and beyond what were expecting from the listing description. The house has plenty of space to gather for a large family vacation and plenty of space to seek privacy when needed. The pool, hot tub, waterfalls, and deck space are clean and refreshing. The canal dock and kayaks provided some real quality time in nature with the kids. The kitchen is generously stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large family. The main TV with the large couch provided cozy naps and movie nights. We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. We love this VRBO!!

Had a great vacation with a group of 13! House was extremely clean and comfortable. Walked to the beach daily. Pool was great. Saw manatees in the canal. Couldn't ask for more!

We had such a fun time at this house. We come to cocoa beach every year and this house definitely ranks in the top! It is very conveniently located. Publix right next door and Ron Jon's and cocoa beach pier a short drive away. Lori Wilson park with beach access is right across the A1A. and if you like to play volleyball there is a volleyball net next to the hilton/tiki bar beach access (so go left on the beach from Lori Wilson park or access the beach through the tiki bars beach access!.) The house had everything we needed. Even an instapot! A grill and even s'more supplies were provided! The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice with little kids. And their were no end to beach supplies/boogie boards/beach toys and even a wagon to carry them over to the beach!) (Oh and did i mention they have a pool table and a ping pong table?) I think the ONLY downside to this location was the A1A was busy to get over to the other side and no pedestrian crosswalk unless you go down a block or 2 to the stoplight.

This was a nice house and overall good stay, but the way the pool and spa are heated made them unusable for part of our stay, which was frustrating because it was the main reason we chose this particular house. The pool guy even said it’s not the best system: electric heater. We weren’t told about this until a few days before our stay. You can’t heat the pool and the spa at the same time. Pool takes all day to warm up and it can’t start warming until it’s over 60 degrees apparently, and the spa took a couple hours to warm, though we were told it warmed in 20-30 minutes. So we would have to be home to start the warming process so we could use it that night, but then the dark hours started at 10, and the pool/spa actually turned off at 9:40pm for some reason (the response we got to this was it’s on a timer and it is hard to accurately set that timer…???). We had a busy stay and so just could not warm up the spa by the time we got home and before 9:40. Was a bit of a waste if you’re getting this property for the pool and spa.

My family and I couldn’t be more pleased! This house was incredible! It was so well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The views were spectacular! Plenty of space for the family to spread out, plus a wonderful living room area where we could all be together comfortably. There is plenty of things to do without even leaving the property! We will be back!!

Everything from the initial rental to check out was streamlined and easy. The house is a jewel - beautifully furnished with top of the line appliances, comfortable beds, and almost every item needed for a beach vacation. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We used the Hilton beach (approx 3 blocks away) and the Pier beach (2 miles away) and recommend both places and the restaurants near them. The pool to the house is beautiful with a waterfall and a spa. There is also a ping pong and pool table and the most comfortable couch ever in the family room. We also had baby pack and play, high chair and baby utensils available as well as a beach wagon, two beach umbrellas and two beach chairs. There is also a grill and fire pit. There are 4 bedrooms and two baths upstairs and an office and plenty of room and a pool bath downstairs. It was a perfect place for the perfect vacation!

The house is amazing!! Beautiful views, pool and the inside is beautiful!! Great location and very quiet neighborhood!
