The staff were quite nice and pleasant. The breakfast at this hotel was quite delicious. This location relies greatly on its name and brand but it’s a very, very, very dated hotel.

The bathroom had stains everywhere. Also, the male staff in the spa area kept trying to touch my hands and I’m not sure why.

The room was very comfortable. The pool and grounds were lovely. They have a great room service menu.

It’s very expensive for what it is. The service really varied. Some of the meals we had were great and some were not good. Sometimes staff were attentive and friendly, but sometimes quite rude.

Central location, in large gardens. Spacious room and bathroom.

The check-in and check-out took ages. Despite the wide reception desk, there was only one person on duty. The concierge is also in and out, so difficult to find him. Staff in the corridors do not say hello when you see them and enter the lift before you.

strange smelling body lotion. iron box was not clean.

My experience was that guests who booked on Booking.com were accommodated in what seems to be an annex tucked away from other guests.
