Loud from outside noise at night. Room was a bit cramped for two adults with luggage.

when we check in it was clean.

there was not a staff member overnite. both floors were full of people there for the nightlife. my sister and I were the not pilgrims. the loud singing and parties went on until 530 in the morning. they had congregated on the large landing on both Flores and were singing and clapping at top volume. I have traveled in Spain many times and I have not ever experienced anything like this. they had left food containers and cigarette butte alllover the albergue. there was retching and crying and loud shouting. at about 1 am we decided to leave but then felt it might be unsafe to walk past the group as at that time there was loud arguments and screaming.

Nice place to stay for the camino

The walls were very thin and people were out until late the Saturday I stayed there. Also a lot of noise from the bar across the street. The bunk bed was not very comfortable and overall not much value for money.

The staff is really friendly and helpful albeit absent most of the time. The location is excellent, you can reach the Plaza Mayor within two minutes.

The doors and stairs are really loud and the walls rather thin, so it was hard to catch some sleep.

This is a well kept albergue. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The owner spoke English to us, which was helpful. Thank you. The albergue is in a great location, very close to the cathedral. On check in, you are provided with a bag to place your backpack in. This is a very positive move for an albergue, and highly commended. It helps keep the accommodation free to any unwanted items that may come from someone's pack. Well done on that.

The albergue room was full, and I had hoped during times of COVID that there might be some spacing out of pilgrims. I have encountered this in other albergues and appreciate it. Although I acknowledge the cost implications for the owner. There were 6 pilgrims in a six bed room. Finally, a small note, I emailed the owner with a point after check out, which I felt was relevant, but got no reply.

Great location - 5 minutes to the cathedral and next to Plaza Mayor, spotless, and quiet, as I was the only guest due to the Covid 19 travel restrictions. Fernanda is a lovely hostess. Current restrictions mean that you can use the kitchen only for items to be prepared by microwave. Instant coffee, tea bags and sugar are free for guests.
