Old equipment, the room can be cleaner, simple breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was also good with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The rooms were also very clean however it did not get cleaned every day I was there.

Lack of toiletries and room did not get cleaned every day.

Location is perfect. The room was nice and comfortable. It's good value.

We were not able to get into the room until gone 4.30 when it was a 2.00 check in. We arrived at around 3.30 so assumed we'd have a quick check in but had to wait more than an hour. They had emailed me and called me the day of check in to ask when we would arrive so knew well before hand.The elevator also smelled really bad to the point we were holding our breath every time we stepped in.

Price was great and family room was great!
