A beautiful, spacious well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Self catering thus breakfast N/a

Key pick up was a disaster as the letting company had given me the incorrect access code for the box. After a protracted period and multiple phone call to the management company, a correct code was finally secured. This ultimately meant we arrived quite late and in darkness. The complex is split in two and therefore there are two of each apartment number (i.e two number 1, two number 2 and so forth. The company had failed to alert us to this. There was no outdoor lighting on when we arrived, so I was navigating the complex using the light from my phone. This was minimally a breach of basic health & safety requirements. Given that I was travelling with an 83 year old who is quite immobile, the entire check in process was extremely stressful. The air conditioning system in the apartment doesn't work. The management company was contacted and nothing was done. A gentleman did call around but as it transpired he was responsible for cleaning and maintaining the jacuzzi. The dishwasher was broken. The TV worked but we only had access to local TV & Radio channels. No availability to english speaking or international channels . Despite having technical experts in our group we were unable to access any. Additionally, there was no service manual or information manual in the apartment that we could use for reference purposes. The car parking space in the garage was occupied so yet another phone call to the management company. There were only two sets of keys for the apartment and the management team asked if they could have one set back in advance of our departure so that they could be left for the next clients.
