If you're coming by car you'll want to choose another. Yes, there is a carpark but it's an additional cost. I hate hotels that charge extra for a basic thing. Worse, the car park layout is terrible with pillars in the ad lots and people taking up 2 spots. The lift from the parking doesn't go up to the rooms so you have to change lifts. It's not well thought out. Then you'll ground your car on exiting the parking. The lights in the bathroom make it hot. The bed was comfortable but not much choice of Ed English TV channels. Menu is the restaurant is limited.

Good location, good food at restaurant and breakfast buffet. Reception staff is hit or miss, some go above and beyond, others are very cold. Shower was not as spotless as I would have liked, grouting needs to be redone.

A really great option in the beautiful city of Pamplona. Very good breakfasts (perfect for loading up for a day of exploring the city...but leave room for the spectacular places to eat in the Casco Viejo), super-friendly and helpful staff, and a nice, warm and quaint vibe all around. Would definitely stay at the NH Iruña Park again!

Big hotel, more suitable to business traveler. 20 minute walk to historical center. Staff was fabulous and parking on sit was reasonably priced. Building could use a refresh for the rate.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It's located outside Pamplona's downtown in a easy accessible location. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly. Underground parking is available at affordable cost. In summary, a recommendable hotel to stay.

Relocating my son to school in Spain, staff has been excellent, anything I ask for out of the ordinary was met with immediate service and a smile. Rooms are clean and very quiet! Parking at the hotel is a bonus and many restaurants close by and walking distance to everything, park, pharmacy , movie theater and many markets . Great breakfast buffet as well. I will definitely stay here again.

What a disappointment, just expected more from nh Hotel, they are normally very good.
1st room we were given was awful, we opened the door and the smell of smoking was overwhelming room 307. Second room OK but need a good overhaul. Furniture chipped, chair had holes and plastic peeling off, skirting boards with fluff and dust buildup. Housekeeping needs checking.

After 3 days walking the Camino de Santiago, and arriving in Pamplona in 40c heat. The NH was like walking into heaven. The facility and the staff were excellent.

Not centrally located. Long walk to most sites like casco viejo.
Stay was ok but would likely choose a more centrally located hotel next time.

For the most part I liked that although the property was big and it was the biggest party ever for San Fermin, it was a quiet hotel. Glad that I chose this hotel away from the old center where I am sure no-one slept during the San Fermin Festival. Breakfast was ok with a lot of offerings, but a buffet where you could not order fresh eggs. I am also convinced that in Spain Oatmeal does not exist.

A bit outdated but good for a short business trip. Good and complete breakfast. Fast check in - check out. Good internet service. 20-25 minute walk to Plaza del Castillo. Pamplona is a beautiful, small city to visit.

Excellent stay. The beds are super comfortable. The room was nice and quiet. The receptionists were very friendly and made great recommendations of restaurants. We stayed with our little dog and they prepared the room with with a bed for her! Lovely, thank you

The hotel claims to be pet friendly
Upon arrival I enquired about dining and advised
No pets allowed in public spaces within hotel
And then advised we could not leave the dog in the room alone !!!!!!!!
I would not consider leaving the dog alone in the room which leaves the only possibility being for my wife and myself can not dine or take breakfast together during our holiday
In my view this is not a pet friendly and consider we had to pay a surcharge for the dog

Our 2nd stay in 2 years. We will definitely come back on our next Pamplona visit as it is strategically located in the city & to all our required activities.
