Not great. Wiped up snow with facecloth and it came up filthy and covered in hair.
The heater was dirty and could use a cleaning as it was filled with dirt.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Owners very friendly. The only thing that I would change would be the coffee maker in the hotel rooms. The coffee there was terrible. Otherwise, the coffee at breakfast was great - especially the waffles. Thank you.

Pool was ok, continental breakfast was good. Room had dirty floors. We requested that the floors be cleaned. The first time there was no change to cleanliness of the floors, thesecond time they where cleaner but walking in socks resulted in dirty socks still.

Great stop to recharge on any vacation or road trip. Convenient access from the hwy, was able to check it at 3:20 in the morning, was asked if we wanted a late check out since we arrived so late.
Check it was easy and we were in our comfy beds within minutes easy access from you vehicle to your room. Woke up to a hot breakfast, everything you need to get your day started. Clean and well maintained it’s everything you need. We will stay here again on our next family adventure, maybe arrive early to get a swim in next time, as there is a in ground pool.

Good: new mattress was comfortable. Bad: the thick quilt was too much when on, and when I took it off I was too cold. Layers would suit me and my partner better than one enormous quilt.

Older motel with dated furniture, but very clean. Could still smell cigarette smoke from days gone by. Nice lication, close to Brockville downtown. Fairly quiet area. Rooms were a good size. Nice breakfast area, which had a waffle maker and various options for breakfast.

It was good overall, the bathroom was a bit run-down and no counter space at the sink for toiletries or putting on makeup. When I’m travelling and have lots of small items along with me, it’s helpful to have a counter or shelves to put them on.

Nothing about it was good. Old. The dank damp rooms. The awefull lightning. Went to sleep with the feeling of damp, sticky skin and woke up the same. Woke up with a migraine and intensive sinus presure.

The check-in took an inordinately amount of time since the one desk clerk was involved in a lengthy telephone call. That was inconvenient and unpleasant, but she was apologetic and pleasant. Also, I had to make a special request for a printed receipt for my records. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the water pressure in the shower was so low that I was barely able to rinse the soap off my body while taking a shower! Would suggest modifying the water restrictor device to fix this concern.

The staff are very nice here. It was a quiet peaceful stay. The location is close to the main strip but it is approximately a 5 min drive away. The place has a bit of wear and tear but you can't beat the price. I would stay here again

The motel was cute on the outside and the pool looked lovely.
But our room was not nice. No carpet on the floor and unsure if it was clean enough to put my bags down or go barefoot. The bed was awful and they really need to put in a new mattress and upgrade the old furniture. The staff member who greeted us at the front desk very sweet!

There was a moisture issue the chairs were damp, and when you stood up, your bottom felt like you had sat on a wet chair. The towels were moist. There was a drip you couldn’t see where it was coming from, but it was between the walls. There was black mould on the walls Next to the toilet and along side of the tub underneath the toilet was black with mould I sent the manager pictures and he said they had closed it off and would look into what the problem with the moisture was. We were refunded for the night.

Great location and great price; my daughter loved the pool the pool was heated and she enjoyed it a lot. Close to beaches and few kid friendly activities.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
