Only thing I didn't like was that you could hear traffic from inside your room because the window has a crack and it would blow in cold air at night, and it smelled a little weird but breakfast was a 5star. Hotel I give 3-4 star

The property was great, customer service was excellent. Our room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work sufficiently but we were compensated for the inconvenience.

The staff was nice and the building is interesting. The atrium has nice feel and big included breakfast. But the room smelled very musty and was dirty - sticky desk and tables. Also has lamps in lobby which are all off kilter - why not fix them or remove? They also charge $12 for overnight parking even tho it is a massive parking lot in the suburbs. Would not stay here again.

My children love the happy hour and the breakfast selection.The staff usually friendly, we miss the shuttle.This is 1 of the only hotels I've been to that offer turkey breakfast alternative.The tv selection is ok.I wish we could log in with Amazon prime or Netflix.

The elevators where extremely slow....the pool we extremely cold. Hard to access your room with the key...ants in the room...below the usual quality of embassy suites

Allowing smoling in front of the hotel, no phone in toom. Room smelled like smoke. Elevators did mot work properly. Staff was nice and breakfast was great.

Everything was great, the only exception being the cooling system in the room only worked on a low fan, so it took a long time to cool the room down during hot days.

Check in staff was great!

Stay with family and was impressed by the made to order omelet and waffles with all the other breakfast items. The front desk ladies were above and beyond! They were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Baltimore.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great

The hotel was really clean and the new look is great. Although I had a handicap accessible room the toilet should have been higher. Other family members stayed in regular rooms and they too complained how low the toilets were. Other than that the hotel is great and will be back.

This was my second time staying there and everything was great. I even received text messages from the hotel checking on me. The hotel was clean and spacious.

Given a key to an occupied room. Went back for another room and gal was rude. Air conditioning did not work. At check in was told about fee to park. Total bs.

Staff is exceptional. However, Hilton needs to get a cable repair tech in there stat. TV pixilates every second. Very irritating. They need a chef too, rather than a lab-like mixer of chemicals. Breakfast is yuck, powdered scrambled eggs, canned potatoes, off-site mass-produced pancakes, corn syrup imitation maple syrup... Whole place is dated and in need of upgrade (i.e., shabby looking common dining area, wall paper in rooms peeling at edges and not meeting the next piece properly, shower curtain is just cloth, no plastic inner-liner, towel bars inexplicably are from outside of shower on both ends to inside of shower, making it impossible to close the cloth shower curtain completely, evidence of missing mirrors/portraits from walls (i.e., the securing clips are still there). Thinnest of T.P.s. Did I say the staff is exceptional? (It's important to sandwich criticism between compliments - all the tougher when only one thing was good ;-) Where's the top slice of bread to complete this sandwich?

Great hotel

Checked in and out reserved king bed room not available so had to take a room with two queens. Paying $12 to park in the suburbs in a giant outdoor lot is ridiculous. When they cleaned our room they took the dirty towels but didn’t leave clean ones behind or new soap.

The property is old and needs more than cosmetic updating (recently done). A lot of things are broken or worn out. Their breakfast is a major highlight, staff is very nice.

The staff is always friendly. The room was clean and i love being able to use my digital key

The young lady at the front desk was very professional. The bed was super comfortable.

Air conditioning control for room didn't work. Either full on and cold or off.

Easy check in process on the app made a late flight arrival go smoother. Parking is confusing since it’s posted as $12/night. But that only applies to folks not staying there. So we weren’t sure if we had to pay or not, but they determined it’s included in the cost. Otherwise, great place

The common areas of the hotel is very warm and humid..

Stay was great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. This is our second stay. We came down for a lacrosse tournament and liked it so much we drove a little farther to stay for our second lacrosse tournament.

Great spot, love all the extras. Visiting for lax tourney.
