Stayed at this hotel twice before. It was always serviceable. The pool is incredible if you have kids (nothing like trying to entertain younger kids on the cape on a rainy day) - but the cleaning is very hit or miss.
Checked into the room - smelled like feet. Kind of gross so I asked to move rooms. Very accommodating. The next room smelled like the immediate previous occupant smoked a few packs in there. At this point kids were melting down and needed to get to bed so we dealt with it.
Particularly with large reminders about the cleaning fee incurred if someone smokes in the room - it felt like - ok. What was that fee used for?
Beyond that - they only have maid service every other day. Which would be fine if it was done well. I feel like I've never had to complain about a mid-stay room cleaning before - but they phoned it in.
The property serves a purpose. It is a functional hotel in an area that normally has very mixed motels or home rentals. The pool is really great. A little more effort could result in a much better overall experience.

Great indoor pool, not much of a gym facility though. Breakfast was very good, staff was very pleasant. Only thing I didn’t like was the staff came into the room to clean when I had a do not disturb sign on the door.

Room was very clean and modern. Shower was great. Thermostat on wall wasn't working, but control on AC unit was fine. Only two negatives, pool towels were too small , and not absorbant, cheap. Second, having only buffet available for breakfast. I could only eat scrambled eggs at the time, and didn't want to pay 18$ for them.

Room was ground floor with door to patio near a pool. Door to patio key wouldn't work. Told front desk. Never fixed. Also a reason we chose this hotel was on property restaurant and lounge. However both were closed with no explanation. Signs still existed but lady at the front desk had no idea they ever existed and thus no explanation for the issue. They need to improve their website instead of advertising services that don't exist. Feel like we were fooled. Not good.

My go to when I am at that part of Cape Cod. Nicer than your average motel room. Room was large, clean, staff was pleasant. Bathroom was excellent, newly renovated. Indoor pool a definite plus! And all at a decent price.

I live in Eastham but I really wanted to bring my cousin swimming for her birthday so we rented a room for the night. The staff were very friendly and great! It was sad that the hot tub was not in use but other than that it is a pretty good stay. I would say it's definitely pricey, but that's everywhere on Cape nowadays.

Management needs to pay attention to cleaning. The shower, floor, and all the surrounding areas were dirty. The carpet was filthy; they didn't even vacuum it properly. At least the bed sheets and towels were clean. for the price it was too expensive.

Kids were running, yelling and rough-housing around in the hallways until past midnight while their parents got hammered poolside. Sleeping was impossible. However, it was school vacation week so I'm guessing this doesn't happen all the time.

There was no heat in the pool area so it was freezing and there were SEVERAL leaks all around the building. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, mattress very soft needs to be replaced. Pillow were basically nonexistent. We stacked them, folded them, and tried rolling them up but they were useless. We were on the Cape for a family Christmas gathering and had three rooms at this hotel for family members. Everyone had the same experience. We were woken during the night several times with doors slamming in the hall outside our room and on with noise from the pool area which sounded like someone in or around the pool after hours being chased out by a hotel employee. We have stayed at this hotel as a family for years, even before the renovation and it is extremely doubtful even given convenience of the close proximity to family who are Harwich residents that we will be back again for Thanksgiving and Christmas next year.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod for one night last week. We have stayed here multiple times in the past, and this visit was just perfect for us. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, we were able to utilize the Charge Point station to charge our EV. One thing we really like about this property is the lack of damp/moldy/mildewy smell, which is common in many hotels/motels on Cape Cod. It's conveniently located right on Route 6 in Eastham, with easy access to Orleans and the Mid-Cape as well as the Outer Cape.

Hotel has a very warm comfortable feeling. Indoor pool area is among the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Easy parking and easy location
However we were given a handicapped room that I didn’t book. Room was great except I felt I was using something someone else with the need may have needed. Also we were in a group attending a function and because I booked through Expedia we weren’t able to get rooms closer together which may explain why we got a handicapped room. Small inconvenience but inconvenient nevertheless

I can’t really speak for the whole property because I only stayed in my room for the one night, but it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room smelled so strongly of stale cigarettes that it gave me a headache. The bathroom shower was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, not to mention there was a spider living in the corner. There was a dead fly on the bed when I pulled the covers back. And for some strange reason there was a giant window that looked out into an indoor hallway to the pool.
It was a quick overnight stay for work, and I could not leave fast enough in the morning. Will not stay again or recommend to anyone.

We stayed in August for one night. For over $500 a night, you receive a positively average experience. Ridiculously overpriced. There is an unusually wide gap between the door and the floor so you can hear virtually every noise emanating from the hallway. The overflow hole in the sink was full of black mold.

The service was not good considering the cost of the room. They were supposed to clean the room every other day but didn’t clean it at all. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper. On the day we checked out they were knocking on the dour at 8 am to clean the room.

They gave us room right next to their laundry room, super noisy with washer and dryers. At check in the guy was very bored and unpleasant, couldn’t even bother to smile.
