Seems a bit dated this hotel, rooms are comfortable enough with complimentary slippers and robe. Gym was a bonus, just the temperature of the room was an issue with the regulated air con.

It was ok stay. The room is good sized but the bathroom is terrible. There’s a fixed shower head covered in limescale and there was no hair conditioner. The bathroom was hard to keep dry as the old shower head was splashing water all over the place. Breakfast was average. Not much of a selection. In room dining requires a $5 delivery fee so give that a miss and buy from the shops around. Lots of restaurant choices.

The front foyer looked like a bit of a bomb site and a bit unfriendly but the staff and rooms were amazing

Excellent room, clean and new. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Only issue was the A/C in our room didn't work. Rooms at the from of the building that face on to George Street are noisy from the restaurants and traffic below.

Always enjoy staying here, will be back again soon.

This was a great hotel very convenient and close to all amenities there is even a great classy lebanese restaurant right infornt and san churros right around the corner. The hotel has a great ambience and feel. Only fault I could say is there is currently constuction at the hotel no noise but the lifts are abit slow.

Check in was efficient and the staff were super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were super dreamy. I did not want to get out of bed. This is the second anniversary that my husband have spent here and we will be back again. Would highly recommend!

In need of a renovation. Desk staff on arrival were nice. On departure they didn't care one ounce about the fact that our air-conditioning didn't work. And couldn't even muster up a half baked apology, and when ai they questioned if they just didn't care, James responded, ‘let us know if your coming again and will do something nice for you’. Umm based on your run down hotel and zero care factor, when not likely to stay again. I'd recommend the Merition any day over this Parkroyal. Breakfast was ordinal, fresh juice was a bonus. Coffee average!

Terrible customer service. I show up at the hotel after paying in full in advance. Manager tells me that there’s construction work going on and rooms can get noisy, but had not warned me of any of this prior to the booking. When I said I needed a quiet room as it’s a tiring trip and I need sleep. He asked for $30 more to be put in the “new” wing which is supposed to be unaffected by the work. This was the gist of what happened after almost 40 minutes - at 11 pm on a Friday. Hotels.com tried to call them but the publicly visible number for the property did not receive call even tho the Agent at Hotels.com tried calling in front of me. I’ve seen issues with Hotels.com in the past where they somehow can never get through to properties by phone. That’s another issue. Come morning, yes, there was noise. A lot of it. Been staying at this hotel since 2012, including last week (immediately prior to this most recent stay), despite their deteriorating quality. Have stayed extensively across PR properties in Sydney and Singapore. Was previously a GHA Platinum member. They scrapped the program and deleted accounts a few years ago with no warning or caution or recourse. Most recent experience tells me they are all about every dollar, at any cost to customer loyalty or experience. Never going to GHA or Park Royal properties again.

Great comfortable room. The bathrooms are very nice with constant hot water available. I wish the elevators could be programmed more better to assist with the rush hours.

1st time staying In Parramatta close to local shops and restaurants

We live in Sydney but spoil ourselves occassionally with an overnight here, great comfy bed, bath and room service while we watch whatever we want via chromecast.

They now charge $40 for parking which is a joke and when I went to check in at 1.30 ( 30 minutes before check in time ) they wanted to charge me $30 extra for the extra 30 minutes CMON !!

Easy check in Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful Great spot close to Main Street with lots of eating options
