Wife and I had wonderful stay at this hotel. Conveniently located with easy access, we won’t think twice about returning.

We paid extra to have a room that was Club level. The milk offered was expired, the water fridge was empty, the coffee maker was not working and needed to be cleaned, the silverware was dirty, the honey bottle for the tea was empty and there was a tray of dirty items that was in the lounge when we checked in and was still there when we checked out the next day. There was literally no benefit to the club level other than a granola bar. Breakfast was not available in the lounge on Saturdays or Sundays, which our booking said included breakfast. We were told by the front desk we could purchase breakfast for $18.99 each. There was a dirty brown spot on the bathroom floor and splatters on the wall. We often stay at the Sheraton Club level and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The staff was friendly. When I spoke with a staff member regarding the condition of the room and the availability of items in the lounge her response was “Oh, I don’t know”.

Room was clean except for the bathroom towel hanger. It was disgusting.

The tub was dirty, food was still in the refrigerator. Front desk didn't know how to use a gift card.

I was bitten at least 20 times from bed bugs. My body looks terrible. The woman who checked us in had an attitude because we wanted to change the credit card to pay. So sad.

Nice hotel, close to restaurants and shopping. Only stayed one night, and didn’t use any of the amenities. The TV is very big for a hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Very friendly staff , rooms were very clean

Room seemed older. Had a leaky bathroom sink and wasn't able to open the sliding door for fresh air. Pool was very small for the amount of kids and families that were trying to use it. I saw several families leave the pool due to overcrowding. Staff was very friendly.

Good stay. The room was large and QUIET. Nice bathroom, good HVAC to cool off. Bed was a bit firm for me. Staff was very nice.

The AC in our room wouldnt go below 73 degrees.

I enjoy the Sheraton Uptiwn because of the great staff, good food, and convenient location.

It looks okay in the outside but the rooms were dated and had dirty items. Broken tiles in restroom, and mattress was lumpy, squeaky and very uncomfortable.

For the price, I expected a fancier room

Hotel has some wear and tear that has not been addressed. Bathroom had a frosted, but see through, door. Awkward for a family of 4.

I have to say our stay was good. From the friendly green hair, maybe blue young friendly lady at check in to our departure. Enjoyed the service at the bar, even with a convention going on our needs were met and satisfied
