Wifi didn’t appear to be functional. Otherwise as you would expect.

Food and quality of service is what let this hotel down. Expensive food served within 5 mins of ordering means it wasn't cooked fresh and was cold. Slow service at the bar with lots of staff milling around looking at phones and not serving customers. A 240 euro deposit on arrival was a shock !

After staying at Novotel previously i had high expectations, unfortunately this was not the case for this trip. The hotel is currently undergoing construction and this information was not presented at the point of purchasing our stay. Amenities where restricted which was disappointing to find out on arrival. Novotel would usually be our chosen hotel as we visit frequently for business but the price did not reflect the implications construction had on the stay this time, i would not be happy to pay the current prices expected whilst construction is still underway which means i find myself looking for alternative hotels for my business trips.

It is good for an overnight stay by a family. Pool, play ground, breakfast, parking, all good. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed overnight in our way to Biarritz. Very convinient

The hotel is 5 mn away from airport, the bar and restaurant in the hotel are nice. Unfortunately I had a room on floor level next door service and in front the restaurant terrace and it was noisy until midnight.

Close to the airport, which is what we needed. The property seemed nice, though we could not enjoy the shared spaces because of Covid-19 restrictions. Service was prompt and cordial.

Let me start with the expensive breakfast. When we checkin it was said breakfast was included in the room. Except they did not say they will charge the kids around 16 euro per person! Because of COVID you have to wear gloves, wear facemasj and use hand sanatizer. But because everybody was queuing up, people were standing NEXT to eachother. All focusing on the breakfast buffet but not on 1m social distancing! The staff did not say or do anything with this! Shocking! The hotel staff is friendly, the swimming pool is nice. Also the Xbox at the reception was nice for the kids. But my stay got ruined because of people not have 1m social distancing and the high amount that kids have to pay for the breakfast. This hotel should make sure people will have the 1 meter social distance! And take responsibility to talk to people who do not!

Very nice relaxed atmosphere in pleasant surroundings, lovely pool

Stayed here while travelling to Spain as good distance from Calais. Ample parking. Quick reception attention and room was perfect. Large and comfy air con room. Dinner was nice and bar area to relax - was raining otherwise would have used pool area. Breakfast was good. Tea and coffee in room. A pleasant place while travelling.

Lovely facilities well cared for. Restaurant food very good.

Rooms very dated, maybe four star ten years ago...

Very good hotel, with very attentive staff, unfortunately for me not quite in the right place. Adjacent to the airport, but in an industrial estate area, with poor communications (other than the hotel's shuttle bus) either to the airport, the Rugby Stadium, or the town centre. Swift pick-up, easy check-in, nice room, bed, etc.,and everybody very helpful with all arrangements.
