Have to pay for everything. Water bottles in room were $4. No complementary coffee in morning. Very very loud plumbing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located appropriately for our needs. It would have been nice if the hotel had had a more upscale restaurant than a sports bar/pizza place. Otherwise it was great.

my girlfriend and I thought the hotel was excellent. Property was clean. Housekeeping was a little slow to get to the room. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly. Most importantly the mattress, sheets and couch were all clean and there were no hairs in the MF’kin shower and that makes it all worth it. Go with the King Suite it’s worth it

My family and I enjoyed our time here it was nothing short of perfect. The kids love the pool the most. The restaurant food was good but we do wish the patio area was hosting so we could have enjoyed the experience there as well. The staff were kind and helpful

Had no cable the entire visit. Room was not fully clean upon arrival. Ordered over 100$ of dinner and food was sub par. Some even cold. Breakfast I was charged over 50$ for what most hotels give away for free, while having next to my worst breakfast experience ever. Never got our coffee we asked for 3 times. 1 waffle maker for a whole room of people? I never even got eggs the 30 mins we sat down bc they were “almost ready” i booked Hilton bc of my great experience last month in MA with the indoor water park, but clearly the expectations are different at each property. Will not be back….

Be prepared. There is no free bottle of water in your room so make sure you bring your own unless you want to pay $4 for a tiny bottle. Also no pad or pencil. It was a suite and I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water.

Beautiful room and hotel. We had a King Suite. Worth the money. 2 issues though, issue #1 was John, the check in host. He wasn't the friendliest person and I'm NOT going to make it a "race thing" because I didn't see how he interacted w/the other guests but it's HARD TO NOT THINK along those lines when one feels like their presence is unwanted from another race, plus he seemed annoyed, per his body language, when I wanted to take a moment and READ the Code of Conduct Agreement that all the guests have to sign. Issue #2, room service's food was subpar. The Teriyaki Salmon had a bit too much Teriyaki. The cheesecake, however, was outstanding. Besides those things, my stay was very nice.

Computers were down when we checked in.
Desk clerk was very rude and wouldn’t let us go to our room until she finally gave in after I asked again.
Didn’t offer anything as a courtesy and when another employee suggested they give us a card to get into the room she said that was only for emergencies and that it wasn’t that important to accommodate us or the others waiting.
