One night stay as we passed through town visiting our daughter. Love the location of the hotel and the restaurant is really good! (And stays open late which seems to be a rarity in Knoxville).
Check in was great and the staff is super friendly.
Main complaint is that the shower in our room would not produce hot water- multiple tries, and letting it run to hear for quite a while. Made for a very uncomfortable shower on an already cold winter morning.

The bathtub was sandy but they cleaned it up quickly.
The smell in the lobby made me gasped for air ( I have asthma)

The stay was great, we had a water spill near bathroom floor and the staff came quickly to address and also offered us to move rooms and also gave us complimentary breakfast for our troubles. All the staff were friendly and made sure our stay was great. I would definitely book Hilton Knoxville again.

Charged $50 a night for parking (I did not valet) and the garage was a public garage. If I had just not told them I had a car, I could have paid the public parking garage $20 a night instead but they failed to mention that. Told me they had to know my license plate number to validate parking when I could have just scanned the QR code in the garage and paid them directly. Parking is a scam there

Very nice, older hotel in very good shape. Location was great for walking main areas of the city. As with many upscale hotels, it did not provide coffee in the room, or a microwave. Had a very nice lobby and lounge area and also a patio area with big screen TV and bar.

Everyone at the front desk with the exception of an older gentleman were very short and rude. It seems to trouble them if you have questions.

My car was vandalized in the parking garage overnight. Windshield smashed and trunk and right side of car all scratched. Knoxville Police Department was much more responsive than anyone at the Hilton. Pretty sad look by the Hilton.

It would've been nice to know there was no free parking. $30 to park at a hotel for one night is a little steep.

Lots of shops & restaurants in area. About 1.25 miles from the stadium. No ubers on game day so wear comfortable shoes. Loud music late night. Great staff, friendly, helpful.

One employee was so rude that I thought I had called the wrong hotel at first, but the others were friendly when checking in and out. Room was average, hotel seems outdated compared to others nearby but the price reflects that IMO.

The interior was beautiful! I checked out the restaurant menu and wished I had time to try it. Parking is valet or paid in the adjacent garage—I chose the garage, which was cheaper but required walking alone at night. The area near the garage felt a bit uneasy as it’s close to a public sidewalk with people lingering. If staying longer, check if the shower has shampoo and conditioner; mine had two shampoo dispensers but no conditioner. The hotel is conveniently located less than a mile from the Sunsphere and Market Square, where I enjoyed the farmers market and some sightseeing. I’d definitely stay again!

As a gold Hilton member, I didn't like that they would not honor the food and beverage credit because I booked through Expedia.

The property and rooms are run down although it seems like staff works hard to keep things clean and functional, despite the wear and tear that shows on the property.

We had a great stay! Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. We ate at the hotel restaurant our first night after a long travel day. The hotel charges $50/day for parking if you want to be able to come and go, but we weren’t going to need our car so we paid through the parking garage app and it was only $20/day. Great location - short walk to market square restaurants/shops and UT campus. Our first time in Knoxville and glad we stay at this hotel!

This is a good hilton close to the football stadium. The hotel was clean we felt safe. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We used the valet parking it was only 5 dollars more.

The amenities could be better. The pool is way too tiny for such a large hotel and more pool chairs would be nice. Also, something in the elevator stating what floor the pool is on would be great.
