We were a group of 4 rooms. One had not been cleaned. A different room had mold

Rooms are old and dirty, carpet is dirty, rooms smell, carpet felt damp from the air conditioner, dirt and dust on the lamps and air vents, etc. Front desk was very friendly. I don’t fault them for the condition of the hotel.

My carpeted floor was wet the entire stay. I had to walk with shoes on the whole time. My toilet seat was loose, it barely flushed. There were water stains in the ceiling in the bathroom. And my mini fridge was DIRTY. There was a brown spillage that was stuck all over the botto of the fridge.

Fan on the AC unit in the room didn’t work. The rest of the hotel/lobby didn’t have AC running so it smelled like moldy feet

The room was very dirty, dust all over in the vents and on the headboards, there was a hole in the wall. The TV had vertical lines going through it and needed replaced. The bed was very noisy just sitting on it. There was water damage on the ceiling in the shower. There was a hole in the wall wall, and the room smelled horrible.

It was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable and I felt safe.

Man out front for hours with his huge dog. Seem to be know the lady working at the front desk. Dog slobbered all over my 78 year old mother. Should have people just hanging out in front of the hotel.

Not the best place if you have allergies, there is a lot of humidity from the pool since it is open to the whole hotel so the windows along the stairs are dripping wet. There is no key card required to go into the pool or into the numerous doors throughout the building so it didnt feel as secure for us. Also we were to use bracelets for the pool because we were told people would just come in that weren't staying there and try to use the pool. No one came in to check for bracelets in the hour that we were at the pool. The pool was fine. The breakfast was nice. Overall we wont stay again because we want more security measures and the high humidity made our allergies act up

Staff was friendly and efficient. The Mexican Restaurant on site was very good and reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable.

AC smelled like urine when running in cabin suite. The desk clerk tried to enter our room at 10:30 pm for no reason without knocking and no idea why and scared us to death. The breakfast was quite good but didn’t make up for the smell and the weird wake up call barging into our room at almost 11:00 pm without knocking.

My room was very noise due to being close to front office area. Making a change to the room was difficult due to being reserved through Expedia.

Best bathroom lighting!!! I can see to put in my makeup…so many motels have lousy lighting.
Great staff…a better lit frontage road coming in would help. I’d stay here again.

A perfectly friendly and clean little hotel with an indoor pool and meeting rooms. Located slightly out of town, but quiet and tranquil because of this.

I like the staff, they were great. Breakfast was excellent. I have been familiar with this hotel for 30 years. It was amazing in its heyday. They have updated the entry part of the property, but the rest needs it too. I come here every year because my son's team wants to stay here. It has a nice open space where 30 of us can gather near the pool area. It's cold, but the kids must like the pool ok because they spend a lot of time there. It's nice and shallow for the littles. If they had a large hot tub, that would bring it to my good graces. It's in a decent area on the edge of town.

Our room had been updated and was very nice. The bed was very comfortable! And breakfast was great! Lots of extra touches we haven’t seen since Covid, like bowls of raisins for your oatmeal. Omelette and sausage, pancakes, and cheesy hash browns. Blueberries and strawberries for your pancakes!! Would definitely stay here again!

whole place needs an updated . pool area so dark and dingy. need to update outlets in rooms. bathroom outlets didnt work. had limited options to charge phones. layout of hotel is odd and confusing. great breakfast but lets replace those toasters already. and no dogs should be allowed in the breakfast room. the attached mexican restaurant is a plus and good food. rates on our room a bit high. overall it was just ok for one night.

The hotel was a bit out of the way but other than that it was great. Very clean and the price was right. We got a good night's rest there and the Mexican restaurant attached to the place was a nice convenience.

Staff at front desk was very friendly however waking up at 7 am to water leaking in to our room wasn't fun. After pulling back the curtain, discovered mold and water coming from outside due to the rain. Pool was closed, probably due to the rain pouring in the windows above it. Just outdated hotel but the free breakfast was nice.

My ONLY problem AT ALL with the property is that the parking-lot appears to have been improperly tiled so that the heavy rain throughout the night and in the morning of my departure pooled between the exit doors and the cars in the parking-lot. It was difficult to my car without being almost ankle-deep in puddles!

When we checked in on Thursday, June 1st, we were provided wriat bands for the children. Nothing waa said about the pool being closed. My husband and 6 year old went to swim and all the gates were locked on Friday. It was then told to us the pool was closed THE ENTIRE weekend. We got a POOLSIDE room. We should have been informed about this when we checked in. We changes hotels and were only charged 1 night
