This place was clean and quiet. We were on the third floor. Even with the hotel packed, it was very quiet and in a great area.

The stays was fine except the drain inside the bathtub was
not draining properly. It clogged up and water won't go down. The whole trip(8days) I didn't ask for any service for my room so I can't command on their maid service but the front desk was friendly.

We were here for a class reunion and they picked this hotel for us as a place for the reunion to stay at and we personally enjoyed the hotel and it was very convenient for us

The staff were very accommodating, and we were greeted very warmly. I was not a fan of the shower door; it came off its tracks at least three times during our weekend stay.

Unfortunately I was checked into a dirty room, that no one would clean despite my desperate pleas.

Overall the room was clean however the shower hardly drained. Took 15 minutes after we were done showering. Bathroom sink was the same way. There shampoo and conditioner that they provide were all empty. Toilet paper holder was broke. No water in the swimming pool. Ice maker didn’t work. And when the front end person was told nothing was done along with no accommodations. Very disappointing.

Centrally located but not a comfortable stay. Dim light in bathroom. Pillows that were totally flat, paint peeling in bath ceiling, very slippery shower.

They did not clean my room. I asked the front desk to do so, they said they would, and never did. Bad smell. Poor stay. Staff didn’t really care. Not staying here again.

My room was only partially cleaned after my first night. It looked like they started to make the bed with a fresh sheet, then never actually finished. My bathmat was also soaking wet when I returned. The water in both the bathroom sink and the shower ran brown the second night, but thankfully that seemed to be better after I mentioned it to the front desk.

I stayed for one night and booked the day of.
Unfortunately the stay was mildly unpleasant. There was a stench and odor throughout all the carpeting. Very mildewy smelling and slightly rotten, also smelled like old pee as well.
The carpets need a thorough deep cleaning since this is unacceptable, especially for the price!
Bed was comfortable, clean sheets and bedding and I enjoyed toiletries, WiFi worked.
Hotel is close by a Denny's and a Target which is nice and free parking!
Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you're just staying for 1 night.

Overall it was good. However there were a few issues with cleanliness. One elevator hallway had chairs stored in the hallway making it tight to move through. Also looked out of room and could see a trash dumpster on the sidewalk outside. Should have been kept out of sight.

This was an excellent value. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It seemed to be an older hotel, but it was clear every effort had been made to keep it in excellent condition. It was very quiet and the bar/restaurant was great.

Rooms were clean but not the rest of the hotel. The main floor of the entrance area looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Pool was closed in June (cover wasn't even off) and ice machines were 'closed for cleaning' which means broken and not being fixed.

Booked at the last minute so I didnt have as much time to read the reviews as I would normally. I was pleasantly surprised. It is convenient, right off 55 with shops and place to eat nearby. The bathroom is a bit small but ok for just 1 person. I didnt get his name but front desk clerk at check in was really friendly and welcoming. I didnt have a chance to use any of the facilities offered. Would def stay here again.

Beds were comfortable. Pillows were awful. Lots of highway & parking lot noise as our rooms were on the first floor. Room was impeccably clean. Didn’t require any of their extra services.

The property was easy to get to, very clean comfortable overnight stay. Plenty of parking. The staff were very nice and helpful. I arrived a little early for checkin and nothing showed available in the system. The gentleman went back and found a room for me to checkin, so I didn’t have to wait.

Sketchy location. Poor use of room space. King bed, sofa, and love seat but who needs all that space when the bathroom is so tiny? Bathroom door literally hits the toilet when it opens. Shower head must be a water saver - barely a strong enough flow of water to rinse the shampoo out of your hair. Bed was comfortable but walls were thin; lots of noise from adjacent rooms. Sadly it’s the best hotel in that area - others are a La Quinta and another sub-standard hotel.

The hotel was very nice and our room was clean and updated. The only issues we had were that the coffee maker stopped working after making two cups of coffee and there wasn’t enough hot water to take a shower. My husband let the water run for a long time but it only ever got luke warm at best and after that there wasn’t anymore for anyone else to shower.

My card has been charged numerous times after checking out and now I have to dispute with my bank and wait 7 days to get my money back. Happy holidays to losing out! I could’ve went on an all inclusive vacation with how much this hotel has taken from me. But of course they take their money in seconds while the customer has to wait a week to get it back. Shame on you!

Restaurant wasn’t open at the times it said it would be, coffee maker in my room didn’t work and went to get some in the lobby and their wasn’t any made at 6am as described, bathroom has no towel rack other than back of the door, definitely disappointed, I expected better since it is a Marriot hotel
