I wish I could add a zero rating on the hotel's staff and service. They are unprofessional, and the supervisor/who claimed to be the owner is also of no help. I had an issue when I tried to extend my stay at that place. The receptionist insisted that I needed to add $20 for the room not facing the freeway after we already stayed there for 6 days, that was ok when I asked if they could do a complementary, but the receptionist refused and hung up the phone. I called again then I looked for a manager, the supervisor/claimed the owner answered my phone, then he started with blah blah blah.... As a business owner and the kind of industry that you are in, you should listen to your customer, instead, he keeps on talking. So I just said, please just refund my stay, and I'll get another hotel that is worth my penny. Reading back the review after I had a bad experience, I would agree 100% that the supervisor/owner and the receptionist are unprofessional.

It was nice cozy place . Stayed here one night . Overall good experience. Complimentary breakfast was good .

The owner made up a $75 fee to charge me extra. We were in town for a tournament, we travel a lot. This business was extremely shady and will be reported to corporate.

Wanted a location closer to the pool. Got confused on the morning breakfast time, ended up missing breakfast.

The property is located next to a freeway and construction was happening around the hotel. Also, the AC condenser and ice maker are outside the room's door, so it could be noisy in addition to the freeway noise.

Terrible front desk service! How come they selected that guy to work at front desk. He is so mean and rude. He gave us wrong room which AC is not working. Then we came back. Still gave us so bad attitude. Won't come again. This behavior and attitude to my family and me is not acceptable.

Clean rooms, quiet, polite front staff

The rooms are extra big. The only thing they should change are the pool hours ,the pool closes at 9pm during summer

Very nice pool and staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and updated. There is no microwave in the rooms vut you can use the dining area to warm up food

Its easy access from the freeway. Somehow staff is always checking up on you, either when getting breakfast or even asking for extra amenities. I also didnt like that the floors were dirty even after room service, hair leaves etc. the rooms are in good shape just how the staff is and cleanliness is a downside

A/c worked perfect, showed up late to breakfast but semi stocked, food was hot and delicious

I like that it's by nearby freeways. Fast food places walkable from location. Love the shower heads,water comes out fast and strong lol

We are residents of Diamond bar and need a stay over due to house plumbing. We booked for just an overnight stay and found out my husband was sick with COVID so we need to cancel and you were not able to refund very disappointed. I also had Expedia help me as a sponsor to reach out to refunding us we never stepped foot at your location. I would appreciate some kind of credit towards any other facility’s at another location would be appreciated. Thank you Lisa Cramer

Quiet

Great place to stay. I was there for a music festival. I like that there were places that was walking distance. Like Carls jr, McDonald's and 711. The buildings were well maintained and the outside grounds as well.

Overall, service was just great. Staff makes you just want to come back.

The breakfast was the same food everyday stayed for Four days , smoke alarm keep chirping all night so they came replacing it with a used battery so had to listen to another night of low battery chirping till they finally put a new battery in

It’s really nice place to stay unless you don’t pay super close attention to the details… The bed linen was perfectly clean, the housekeeper cleaned every day, there was a lot of space in the room and everything looked exactly like in the photo. The corners in the bathroom haven't been cleaned for several weeks; if you look closely, you can see crumbs and hair. The shower had black stains

This place is garbage,I didn’t check in,since I can’t cancel it,I just went to another hotel.

Room was so clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

The person checking me in was the slowest I’ve ever experienced. He checked me into the wrong room and ended up charging 2 deposits. He didn’t know how to refund one so I’m hoping both are credited after check out. Room was clean.
