Everything smells like smoke. Numerous Cig burns in fitted sheet, flat sheet, and comforter. Went to bed smelling cigarettes and woke up smelling cigarettes. Apparently you need to request a nonsmoking room well in advance, they only have a few. Never again.

My wife and I stayed here and and it was the most stressful experience we’ve had recently. Upon entry, the smell of the building was very strong and appeared very old and dated. The room was the main issue; dead bugs on the floor, there was hair was all over the sheets and pillows, and the windows were filthy. My wife found a USED bar of soap upon opening the shower, right next to an unopened pack. For reference, we were traveling with our pets, whom are both documented as Emotional Support Animals for my wife. I circled no to the pet question because I was agreeing to pay the pet fees due to the ESA documents. A while later I received a call, demanding that I either pay the $150, or checkout immediately with no refund. Being that it appeared as though I had pets on paper, I realized the confusion and went to go clear it up with the documentation. However at the desk, the manager became very hostile, raising his voice almost immediately as I tried to explain the situation and provide the documentation. He then threatened to call the police to resolve the matter, to which I agreed was the best course of action. Eventually I grew impatient and decided to just check out, and was met by the manager and the officer, who then explained that what I initially told him about the letter was in fact, true. You cannot be charged a pet fee for ESA animals. I was told I could stay, only for the morning to come and be hurried along by the front desk and housekeeping. Just save your money.

Entry mat going in was cracked and dirty. Windows/doors were filthy. Linens had spots on them and blanket had holes in it. Sparse breakfast. Entire property smelled of smoke.

Everything was good… until I was 30 minutes late checking out. The housekeeper was rude and yelling loudly at me… very uncomfortable encounter

When told that there were bed bugs they got very rude and wanted to see them. I showed them the bloody tracks that they leave after biting and she tried to brush it off like dirt. I have approximately 10 bites and you can't fake that. It also was on the dirty side and had an odd smell to it.

Visiting a friend over the weekend, we had a fun time.the beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and plenty of towels.Although the tissue dispenser was short of tissues, there was plenty of toilet paper.Plenty of parking was a plus; the hallways were some what dark from dated carpeting...but still a good place to sfay.

The hotel is fine. A little outdated with the decor. The Jacuzzi tub was a highlight

I don't understand why they are a 3 star hotel and I have stayed in other hotel and they don't have the Best Beds 🛏️ to sleep in and Geneva hotel has the most comfortable beds 🛏️ 2024

They have been accommodating with my requests for location of the room allotted to us. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. The coffee available in the room was not good though. Beds were ok, bathroom was clean. Overall ok place to spend the night after other leisure activities.

Charged my for a room i never used. Due to weather had to cancel. Gave 24 hour notice and was told they had to be notified before 12.01 am the day before. Would not let me reschedule a new date Total ripoff

The pool was closed and in need of repair.

Needs renovation. No frig or microwave in room. Carpeting smelled like cigarette smoke. Okay room, excellent TV, ample hot water and ice.

Comfortable room with good space and simple breakfast. Great place to stay if you are on a budget.

Room was spacious. Everything worked. Smelled musty. Pool was out of service. Fitness room was never opened. Couldnt take food to your room from breakfast area. Where most people like to enjoy while watching television. Hotel wasnt in walking distance of any restaurants.

I would rather stay in my car than ever sleep here again. They gave me (a nonsmoker) a smoking room despite me not wanting one and not even asking me. It smelled so strongly of smoke that it made all of my luggage smell so strongly I had to wash it all twice when I got home. It also gave me a sore throat and seriously agitated my allergies. The pool was also closed and the entire place seemed incredibly run down and sketchy.

There was a problem with the refrigerator but the staff was quick to fix it.

I loved that this place is managed by a husband and wife, who seem nice enough. Not super friendly, personable, but not mean. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up on all the things…but… The place itself is very outdated in many ways. Not only decor and carpet but even the dining area was poorly maintained. Had cleaning buckets of dirty rags by the coffee/food - food choice was very minimal as well. Upon going into our room. Most was fine , our jetted bath tub (that you pay the extra money for) did not even work. The hallways/stairways and the elevator have awful smells

I found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. I called and asked for help with a taxi and was told they could not help me and I should use.my cell phone to figure it out. My room was dirty. It was billed as a place with a pool and there is handmade sign saying the pool is closed for 28 days for repair. If this is so, expedia.ca should have this noted. I wanted a pool. I would never go back and not recommend it to anyone.

Smelt like bug spray in bathroom area which was nauseated. Besides that stay was average
