Service was great! Accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. The common areas were really well maintained and added a cozy convenient place to work, have a drink or a pleasant meal . Really nice hotel. I’d stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay- it was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect for all my needs!

The front desk is understaffed; in fact if somebody is even there. Maid service while stated was every other day did the worst job I have ever seen. They didn't even make the bed. The tap water stunk like sulfer so other than bathing was unusable. And the gym is small and the few machines they have are clearly never maintained. It was tjhe cheapest price for the time period and area but I will never ever go back there.

DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 324. Room was dirty. Stains on Sofa. Stains on Carpet. Broken Phone Broken sink that had an odor coming from it. Mold and Mildew in the broken shower. Staff was great and understanding

I asked for a room with no tub, only shower. I was giving a handicap room, and everything was perfect.
Side not, when booking, there were a lot of handicap options, but there was no option to select a shower only bathroom. I'm assuming the other rooms have tubs and showers.

The stay in general was fine. Nothing stood out that would be considered better than average. Some issues with the bathroom tub cleanliness and little things like the refrigerator was unplugged.

The hotel surroundings was nice, clean and felt safe.
Inside the hotel was a different story. It's dirty, feels like very old property. There are bad smell everywhere. Elevator was smelling weeds or other substance all the time. Staff and maintenance services were not good. Twice they came to clean room and left without filling soap and shampoo. When called about that, no one came to take care of those.
