We got what we paid for with a cheaper hotel. The carpet and couch were torn up in our room, beds were uncomfortable/really springy. Bathtub was dirty and towels all seemed very old. Sheets and bedding were clean and smelt fresh. Pool and hot tub were nice. Limited options on the breakfast but it was good. All of the staff was very nice.

The lady working was a sweet heart! Hot biscuits and gravy for breakfast! Big swimming pool.

It was good for a 1 night stay. Staff was friendly and the area felt safe. Just not too clean.

The staff at the front desk were great! Polite, funny and just very nice. The front lobby looked to be remodeled recently. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the back. It looked clean until you started looking closer. The carpet on the stairs and just the general condition of the building was bad. The room below us had at least 3 dogs that barked. The breakfast the next day was your hotel standard. The room served its purpose for one night passing through town, but I wouldn't stay here again unless they did some building improvements.

In Our room the tub and sink did not drain very fast. So the tub had scum around the drain. At first i thought maybe the tub was just that gray color because it was an old motel. But then i took a wash cloth and scrubbed it. Then i noticed why it was there. It was because the water did not drain fast. Room 57

Property is clean. Needs updates badly. Carpet loose and bunched up, needs replacing. Furniture worn. Towels very thin. Front desk welcoming.

Lady at front desk lost my paper after showing a new employee how to check people in. Repeatedly said i didn't have a reservation. Put other half of our party in a room she knew the door would stick and not work correctly on, with other empty rooms. Manager of the Inn was super friendly and apologetic for the night befores incidents. Breakfast was good and hot.

I'll stay here again when back in area

Very dirty. Stayed five days and never cleaned the room once.

Property was good and clean, the only reason for not providing all 5 stars is the bed was springy, probably time for a new one. We all still slept ok and the water pressure was fantastic.

The rooms were dirty and the bed skirt was ripped. The service was great but the rooms need to be updated.

It felt dingy. Large holes in the sofa, old dirty tub, carpet unravelling and broken door hinge on outside door. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent.

Door to my room was messed up so was blocked open before i even arrived. I advise fixing the lock or the door asap.

Room, sheets, pillows all had an awful smell. Two of the three lamps didn’t work. Bathroom door would not shut. Shower tub would not drain.

Good stay

Place was not very clean! Didn't have extra towels! Place smelled of Mildo, mildew! The only good thing was front clerk was very friendly!

Very few things were good about this stay. First thing was that they booked me in a room that was already occupied. The bed was a wreck: fitted sheet didn't really fit, the king mattress overhands then base, it was very hard, and the covers were stacked as 1 top sheet, 1 "blanket" like you'd get at a hospital, and then another top sheet? The towels were like sandpaper. The tub/shower didn't drain very fast so you stand in a couple inches of water while showering. The faucet handles were like that you'd find in an older home on a claw foot tub with large open holes around them in the shower surround. If you didn't hold the handle of the toilet down, it wouldn't flush. I will say that the shower did have excellent pressure and they don't use soft water (I prefer this). The sink was fun; every time you'd turn it on, it would sputter like the line had been empty and splash water all over. One night 4 and 5 the A/C was set to 67, but the room never got below 74. Night 2 I had to have the room key reprogrammed to allow entry into the building, night 3 I couldn't get in the building or my room. They said the readers were "tricky"... No, they are garbage! The lobby and check-in desk area area nicely updated, but the rest of the place I got to see needs SERIOUS help. I sure hope they use some of their overpriced Sturgis Rally profits on some MUCH NEEDED renovations. The place is a disaster. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Older property but just what we needed.

Housekeeping was lazy, bathrooms were filthy. Overall condition of building was very poor, trim was falling off the wall. The whole building needs serious up grades and few hundreds of thousand of doors in maintenance. Rooms near the pool smell of mildew.

The property looked like they might have had a fire in an adjoining area. The carpets on the stairs could use either replacement or scrubbing. The staff was polite and made sure that our keycards worked

Right off I-90. Spacious unit with a separate living room and kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven. Our room was close to the highway, but well insulated. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but functional except for a tricky shower lever. Breakfast was good. Nice pool and sauna. Friendly staff. Overall a good place.

1.2 miles from down town. Convenient for the night

The room was clean and that’s what matters. However breakfast probably worst I ever had. Which was weird cause all the hotels pretty much use the same foods. But more importantly the building connected to hotel is boarded up and looked like about to fall down and parking lot had people sleeping in cars overnight made me feel uneasy.

This hotel is mispresenting their services. They do not offer laundry services including towels and linens. We had to go get our towels every day we were there, and were denied new linens even when we offered to put on ourselves. The owners stated they only offer clean linens every four days.... This is not described in their services at all. I am aware that there are hotels that have this but it is clear to the patron first. Then we realized that the key to one of our room (had two) opened all rooms on our floor. (Realized this by our son accidentially going to the wrong room. The positives of this hotel are the staff at the front desk in the morning. She was very polite and helpfu. when ever asked others not so much..... I brought my family and will never stay there again. The outside looked horrible but the pool area was good. Rooms were very worn down. Could be great if given the appropriate attention to the property.
