Hotel is well kept. Surrounding location has gone downhill since I was last there, which is not the fault of the property.

Located in the hood. Wouldn’t bring my family here, ever.

Hotel is in excellent condition. Service was excellent. Location is the downside. Industrial area and homeless people right outside the property. Not a place where you walk anywhere.

Excellent staff, who went out of their way to help. We had a lot of camping equipment strapped to our roof and were worried to leave it in the parking lot. They gave us a room where we could check on the equipment from our room.

The hotel itself is fine, clean and comfortable but the location though near Central Park is not good. It’s across train tracks at the edge of an industrial park and is not walkable to anything.

Very clean had security all around! Liked the Starbucks!!! It looked like a shady area but felt safe and comfortable. We would stay again!!

Very convenient - right off rt. 70. Great for heading to the airport early in the morning. Right around the hotel feels safe and clean, but even a block away it is pretty dirty and the local 7-11 felt pretty unsafe with people asking for money and knocking on my car window as I drove away. I would stay again here, but I would not go into the local neighborhood.

The hotel itself was good enough and as expected. Not easy to get to and the area around the hotel was dingy and uninviting.

It’s a fine hotel with new finishes. The breakfast kitchen was out of 2 items so they were unable to make the item we wanted. The location is terrible. It sits right next door to a homeless shelter.

inexpensive hotel convenient to what I wanted to see

My room had 20-30 moths in the room I had to hand swat. One of the days the hotel had fire alarms going off and could not bare the sound in my room.

I thought I gave my thought earlier but after 4night staying I end up disappointed about there restaurant and room service and I stayed 4nights without cleaning our both rooms and it’s bad front desk specially both ladies are not professional.

Area was unsafe and in an awful part of town. Hotel next door housed homeless and area around seemed unsafe. We ended up staying somewhere else. Not at all how it was represented on your website

First thing we noticed pulling up to this property is the building basically next door has been turned into housing for the homeless, some of which wander all about all hours and sleep in the parking lot of the homeless housing building…not a good sign. Customer service and security staff was great upon check in. Get to a clean room, so far so good. Turn on AC, rattling and a bit noisy, but we sleep with the TV on in hotels, so no biggie. First night and second night was good, no qualms. Left on our 3rd day in town fairly early in the morning, got back around 10pm to sleep a bit to leave for the airport at 3am…walk into our room and it is INFESTED with moths! Go to the front desk, the clerk says “ya that’s normal this time of year, let me send maintenance.” Uhm excuse me? So their maintenance guy shows up with some ghostbusters backpack vacuum and spend the next 45 minutes chasing moths…when I just want to go to bed…he finally got them all, after making a mess of our luggage and belongings…Thanks Courtyard for a miserable experience in Denver!

Hotel was great only down side was the homeless shelter just down the road. Other than that it was great and I would stay there again.

Really nice hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent check in. Nice work out room, small indoor pool. Area immediately surrounding is kinda sketchy. Area further has great shopping.

EXCEPTIONALLY WARM WELCOME BY TONY AT THE FRONT DESK. HE TOOK TIME TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT SOME OF THE GREAT RESTAURANTS, AND THINGS TO DO AROUND DENVER. HE ALSO GAVE ME THE EXACT QUIET ROOM THAT I WANTED!! HE DEFINITELY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY WITH MY ROOM. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!

It was an amazing surprice this hotel!

Comfortable and quiet but right next to homeless encampments.

Unfortunately this location is now adjacent to transitional housing complex. It felt unsafe and the area was not clean. I worried for my vehicle and would not have felt comfortable walking for the hotel. The temperature of the hotel was also so warm that my AC set at 72 was constantly running even though the outside temperature was in the 50’s. Uncomfortable bed and a fridge that ran not stop until I unplugged it.

Hotel was an easy check in. Room was very comfortable.

We love the hotel, nonetheless the girl at the front desk who attended us at breakfast time was kind of moody; fortunately, the girl at the bar appeared and save the day (She was really enchanting -as well as the girl who received us at the check in- and my daughter love her)!!
