No breakfast for my kids poor staff watching everything you was ready to pay and they kicked my son out with all of our belongings I feel that was wrong the night staff was ok but the manger was not I should get a full refund for this

Filth. Gaping holes. Malfunctioning electronics, ie, cable on the fritz and fridge good and warm. Also, a parade of bugs of some sort. All in all, we turned the keys in and left within 30 minutes, to take our chances at a rest stop. Oh yeah, there was a suspicious dude meandering about in the parking lot, looking at our room and us as we were leaving it. I can't dis-recommend this place enough. Arson would improve it probably.

Room was gross, dimly lit, mold, light in bathroom falling out, toilet tank lid not on, non smoking room smelled dank and smokey. I was basically turned out of hotel at 9 at night when i asked to move rooms. Gentleman i dealt with very kind, gracious and polite.

Roaches scattered on the walls and floor when we arrived in the room. The smell of the room was horrendous. The air conditioner blew hot air and smelled moldy. Coverlets on the beds were dirty and had cigarette burns in them even though it was a no smoking room. Yuck. I slept in my clothes because the sheets looked dirty. The mini fridge made a crazy buzzing noise all night until I finally had enough and got up to unplug it. The owners must have pawned all the matching furniture because all the furniture was mismatched and broken. YUCK!!!

This place is over priced. As soon as I walked in the room I had to kill a couple of roaches. The ac was not working properly very loud. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and you can see that whoever tried to do some of the repairs needs a lot of training. All of the towels were yellow/brownin color. The comforter was all torn apart as well.

Rooms that were classified as non-smoking still had burn holes on the bedspreads. Also, no coffee.

Beds are old and worn out, uncomfortable, computer chair had a huge rip in it and stains all over it, bench seat had stains all over, dirt all over the floors, toilet was nasty and would not stop running.. Workers were sketchy

Roaches were in my bathroom on the first day, and after switching rooms that night, my sheets and towels weren't cleaned by housekeeping although I requested.

There were dead bugs everywhere. They did not clean the room at all just made the bed. Our room was infested with flies. The manager would not speak to us and lied and said he wasn’t the manager. They would not change our room or offer any solution. Spent almost 300 and spent zero time in the room because of how disgusting it was. Expedia didn’t solve the issue either so do not book with Expedia or with this hotel. Expedia also uncharged the room.

Front desk help was great. We made an error in dates and she fixed it right away for us.

The check-in process took way too long. Apparently the compiler system was the issue. The pool is out of service. On Saturday night there were a lot people hanging out. At checkout I inquired about staying another night. The room rate was doubled what I had paid. I never plan to stay here again and don’t recommend it.

DO NOT stay here at all cost. Have photo and video proof of this place and the staff. Our room had blood splatter on the door/wall, holes in walls, cockroaches, blood stained and dirty mattress, front of the dresser fell off, holes in blankets and everything else. When brought to the attention of the front desk she literally told us “this is crackworth not acworth what did we expect” what do we expect?? A clean room with no blood. Asked for a different room and was told no! Avoid at all cost!!!

There was blood smeared all over walls along with other body fluids on walls. I took pictures and was told that I could not get a refund also room smells very strong of black mold. Do not stay here was told owners do not care and will do nothing for me.

This room cost $79 a night, i couldn't even stay there it was so disgusting andcwhen i checked out a few hours after checking in the lady said so not nicely you won't get a refund. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it, the bathroom ceiling vent and light fixtures were hang from the ceiling the tub had all kinds of mold in it andcthe paint was peeling off the walls. Im mot a smoker and the fact i got a somkers room even though i booked a non smoking room was disgusting. They should be ashamed of there hotel and when i asked who the manager was, the lady wouldn't give me a name and said it was a franchise so what was i going to do about it.

Most of the building is under construction. The furnace and electronics were old and barely worked. The shower had mold. I killed a insect in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite living conditions. Access to property is awkward.

Overall filth. I did not feel safe. Security latch broken off. Holes everywhere in room from doors to lampshades to bedding. Refrigerator was disgusting. Minimal dining options close except fast food.

The hotel is old needs work the towels and room amenities needs updating. India owned always needs updating location is great lots of stores places to eat. Prices were right for this location 50.00 is what it's worth.

Poor management. Fridge leg broken uneven. Found the staff or owners very rude and place was a mess all around. Wont stay again

It needed some minor repairs in the room & updates, but it was clean & okay for an overnight stay. Our king size bed & pillows were very comfortable, and we slept great. I did feel that the price of $90 in all was too steep for that place though, but the taxes are high in that area.
