It was a nice experience. I will be flying around the country. The hotels are our infrastructure. The airlines are an infrastructure. I will use this system to proliferate my profession.
The experience at the hotel was such a good night of sleep. I took a nice shower. I accomplished my goal traveling.
I will be back in Baton Rouge several times before I move there. I will be using hotels and airlines. It is going to be so fun.

The air conditioning thermostat was not easily regulated nor considered accurate. The shower door was not water tight and water was standing at shower door and toilet after showering. Our greatest disappointment was the noise factor from the adjacent interstate. The building is not sound insulated. The traffic noise on the 8th floor was loud and constant, to the point of sleep depravation.

Staff was great. Food at restaurant wasn’t great. The thing that would keep from ever staying in this hotel again is the noise from the highway and the strange noise in room. I was awoken multiple times at night as we heard our noises from the plumbing. It was awful. The shower next door and even our room was loud. I would never stay here again.

Great hotel, parking was challenging, there seemed ro be quite a few events at the hotel and those people that were attending took up all the parking spots from the guests. Parking on the outskirts didn't seem to be well lighted, so it's understandable people want to park close.

One elevator at check in was not working. When we were trying to leave there were 2 elevators not working. Had to carry all our luggage down 9 flights of stairs to leave because the one elevator was so packed. We tried for 25 minutes but finally walked down

Staff was outstanding ,especially the bartender and our waiter. I did not like the background noise . Hotel located next to busy interstate. I had difficulty falling asleep. Perhaps you could offer ear plugs.

I recently stayed at this modern hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The onsite restaurant options were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the mocktails.
However, I did have a couple of issues. Room service was extremely busy on July 3rd, and it took a long time for my food to be delivered. Additionally, I was disappointed to be charged alcoholic prices for virgin drinks. $11 for a cup of Sprite with watermelon flavor and a lime on the rim is ridiculous.
Despite these concerns, I still appreciated the hotel’s modern amenities and the warm hospitality of the staff.
