We stayed 3 nights never had Housekeeping show up to clean or replace anything. Was a busy weekend in the Hotel, and at times it was very noisy. For the rate we paid the expectations where that we would have better service.

Not very clean. Needs repairs. Kids ran all over the place without any supervision and security didn’t stop them. We were unable to enjoy the pool area for disrespectful kids and kids were running and being loud in the halls all night preventing us from getting a good night of sleep. No extra pillows upon request.

The good—it was open and they had a room for us. Middle of the night staff was helpful.
The bad—the bathroom door in our first room didn’t close, the trash can in both rooms was absolutely disgusting and neither had been cleaned in a long time. There was no conditioner in the second room. There was no WiFi. Breakfast was lackluster compared to what we’ve experienced at other Embassy Suite locations.
The ugly—there were blue cables hanging everywhere from the ceiling from construction on the Internet. No one informed us before the visit that there would be cables hanging in front of our room and there would be no Internet. Construction was loud until about 8p and then there was a VERY LOUD party until 2am right below our room. I didn’t want to be a Karen, but by midnight, my kids were crying and our room was still vibrating from the giant party in the restaurant below. I went to the front desk to inquire if there were “quiet hours” that would ever go into effect and he said the party had rented the restaurant until 2AM. He offered to move us to the other side of the hotel because the group was known to be rowdy in the past. I do not know why they would put a family with three kids right above the party (second floor, room right above the restaurant). We moved our kids across the hotel at 12:30am and all of our stuff. It was awful at best, but at least quieter on the other side on the top floor.

The front desk clerks i had after 3pm on April 1st was terrible and unaccomodating. No customer service skills and did not take the time to greet us walking thru the door. When this business thrives from repeat customers; why would the first point of contact be an unfriendly front desk employee. I did not appreciate that and I travel frequently year round. I would not think the CEOs would appreciate the bad representation of the HILTON brand. I have too many other places i can spend my hard earned money. I have been happier at other hotel chains that dont cost as much. There are cosmetic issues that need attention. The bathroom and bed in room #211 needs attention. I do NOT feel that i can even equate the degree of stay as to the money i spent. I cannot say i will return to this location. There are other hotels in close proximity that ive stayed before that i will patronize.
The omelet station was outstanding. The manager that checked me out was pleasant and most understanding of my less than desirable experience. She had great energy and was very engaging. I sincerely hope changes are made. One bad egg can spoil the whole bunch.

Met by courteous and friendly staff both at check in and check out. Room was clean. Main lounge area was noted to have several roof leaks from skylights with buckets throughout. Hotel is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and venues as well as good access to major interstates. Noise was minimal with no outside traffic noise.

Staff play and efficient. Really enjoyed the accommodations. I would recommend you highly to anybody that would willing to listen to me. If you were a person I would ask you out on a date

The rooms were horrible, the first room couch had stains on it and they were currently updating WiFi so there was wires hanging down outside of rooms which is unsafe for kids. I asked for another room and the couch in the 2nd was terrible uncomfortable to even sit and had no WiFi the whole stay. My son was not a happy camper for his birthday ‼️

Very loud construction going on inside the building well after 5pm. Stairs had nasty disgusting tape holding carpet down, well a piss poor attempt at a repair and also a major trip hazard. Elevators broken just all around a bad experience and stairways and hallways are nasty.

This is a cool property where all the rooms are interior and facing all facing an open concept lobby square.

The property was very clean, friendly and inviting. The room was superb.

The staff was great but the property itself was tired and grubby and SUPER NOISY. Hoards of unsupervised children were running the halls. Slamming the stair doors and messing with the one elevator that was working. The other elevator was out of service. The room we initially got had no door on the bedroom and that was the main reason I booked the place. The lady at the desk was really nice and very accommodating and moved us to another room. The door has been removed as it was broken. The place could do with a good deep clean and some updating. Bravo to the staff though for suffering the feral children though, they have more patience than I.

Had to switch rooms because the water was yellow. Was yellow in the new room due to work that was done earlier that day. I had to go to a gym and shower. The staff was great and helpful though.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and always liked them. This is by far the worst we have seen and will make me question staying at another. It needs major updating and repair. Broken elevator, dirty stairways, toilet ran constantly, shower drains clogged, peeling paint and just not clean. Window leaked terribly.
The “manager’s reception” was stale chips, pretzels and salsa. The atrium near the bar was very gross and not cleaned during our several day stay.
The only positive about breakfast was they did have omelets but only one person working and very slow. The rest of breakfast was average at best.

The first room we got smelled of bug spray and the second room was extremely hot and had stains on the couch and lampshade. The elevators smelled like weed and the pool closed at 7pm

Overall stay was okay, nice hotel and staff was accommodating. Our room was above a designated delivery zone which was okay until at 11:30 at night while trying to sleep delivery people was extremely loud with unloading/ loading their box van.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was exceptional. Extremley friendly and helpful. Will definitely make another trip here! Breakfast is above and beyond what I expected. They offer two free adult drinks with your stay and free soda.

Stay overall was fine, I had to wait awhile to be helped then, room number wasn’t written on the cards envelope then I had to come back and get a the room number. Not impressed with the service

This hotel was convenient in its location but the facilities are a bit worn down. This is a dog-friendly hotel and we brought our small dog here over the thanksgiving week. We assume the room we got was one frequented by dogs as the carpet was a bit frayed and the couches stained. We didn’t mind this too much but the bathroom smelled of mold and the walls and corners were a bit dirty. I wanted to spray down the tiles with bleach just because you could see the mold growing in the grout.The microwave was missing its middle glass dish, the fridge was a bit dirty. The gym was great and clean. The pool had a slight cloudiness to it and was used by several families throughout our stay. We were given fresh towels every day but the beds were never made which might be the norm? Overall, this was generally an OK place to stay and we may come back as it was convenient to our family’s home.

Sofa, bed were in terrible condition. Noise from both sides kept me up. Lobby dark and dingy. Staffs children/grandchildren behind check in counter or using computer space that’s for the guest. Entirely too expensive for the condition of hotel, room/ amenities…there is a lot of competition in the area, better step up your game

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. My original room was dirty with hair along the edges of the bathroom floor as it hadn’t been cleaned. Once we were switched over to another room the couch was sinking in, the carpet had stains all over, the sink was clogging same goes for the shower and the faucet for the shower was just hanging on.

Was traveling and traffic was at a standstill a few times during my travel, I called the property to let them know as I was afraid I wouldn’t make it there in time before the cut off check in time which is midnight, I was basically told by a man, well that’s the cut off, try to get here before 12am.
We finally get to the property, check in was very smooth, the lady at the front was very nice, we get into the room and my fiancé and I said at the same time, “you sure this is a Hilton property”. The room had older furniture type, carpets were filthy in the living/dining area and the smell of pet urine was UNBEARABLE! I called down to the front desk and they switched our room, which I was thankful for. The next room was better however still outdated furniture and dirty black spots all over the carpet.

Honestly was hoping the stay here would be a lot better since the hotel seems nice and cute. However our suite room was not as clean and comfortable as hoped. A dog barking for 30 min at 8 am woke me and kept me up (after not hardly sleeping) and guest services had no solution. This has happened before else where and the hotel offered to switch our rooms and was apologetic but that wasn’t the case here :/ also There’s a huge dried blood stain on the comforter, I call guest services, explaining the situation, only for the employee to cut me off in the middle of speaking, and give me no apology.. he did however bring me a new clean one and apologized after I mentioned it, said he was the only employee in the whole hotel for the night. I felt bad for him. We just all feel bad. Bad call on the hotel considering he said a bunch of other rooms were needing things too. The door to our balcony is also jank, basically off the track, had to move it in a particularly way to get it to open. This was just an expensive highly rated hotel and did not meet the expectations unfortunately

The hotel wasn’t dirty but it needs a serious overhaul. I don’t when it was last renovated but it definitely needs one. My family came yearly if not more often 10 years ago and it looks like it hasn’t been renovated during that time.

The bathroom had a moldy smell, the room was spacious, we felt safe, front desk staff was friendly.
