Nice hotel close to downtown boulder , with bus station walking distance . Breakfast was poor. I stayed three nights and my room was not clean even once . I was told they will clean every other , but not , it was not clean in tne 3 nights . Staff extremely nice . Area super safe .

Just wondering what the area surrounded by a stone/block fence in front is/will be? A patio? A garden area? Looks unfinished? The location was near the folks I was visiting and the price was great.

Hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. The location is perfect on the south end of Boulder.

Boulder lost power.. the hotel was without power during our stay. That was not the hotel’s fault. But, we were in the dark for 12 hours. The staff should have passed out flashlights. Very unsafe and very inconvenient. It was not handled well.

Great place to stay if you are going to tour CU Boulder or if you have a student there who you need to visit. Very close to campus and downtown.

The stay was comfortable. Room had a great view. Everything was clean. The comfort is not exactly at Marriott level. Room was not as large and as equipped as I would have expected. The breakfast was a major disappointment with paper and plastic cutlery, no vegetables, very limited freshly prepared food, and availability only till 9 am.

i just wanted to say how amazing the staff is!!! i wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and i had some balloons and flowers ordered to the office and the room was decorated before we got there :) He was very surprised to say the least. i wanted to thank everyone who answered the phone and helped me with the whole process.

The front desk was very courteous and friendly. The room was exactly what I expected and clean. The continental breakfast was good, and the options for breakfast changed everyday.

Quiet, convenient, low keyed. Not much that is close by, but an easy ride to restaurants and into town. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a small breakfast offering.

Nice, clean, and quiet. Not fancy, but it has what you need. Ample parking (Well lit) decent neighborhood. Someone is always at the front desk if you need anything.

The hotel is fairly conveniently located, and the room was spacious, relatively comfortable and quiet. The one chair, at the desk, was comfortable but could use a set of wheels, especially with the thick carpet. The fitness center, while basic, had enough equipment to get a solid workout. The breakfast offered some variety and the food was reasonably high quality. Unfortunately, the tea tasted absolutely awful - the person working there informed me that this was due to the filtration of the hot water in the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful, especially when I needed a spot to file up all four tires, which had inexplicably fallen low on air.

Very clean, well maintained. Friendly staff. Provides easy access to Boulder and surrounding areas. The breakfast hours are a bit limited as are the offerings which are not particularly appealing or well prepared.

We arrived extremely exhausted extremely late due to flight delays at the airport but check in was a breeze! I wish I had gotten the clerks name he was so nice and friendly. He had everything ready to go when i got there. I really, really appreciate him for the kindness and grace he gave to me at that time of the morning.

Clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfasts so we didn't have to run out everyday to get something to eat. So convenient to shopping, restaurants and the venue we were attending

Excellent in all categories. Property seems to be fairly new. Very clean. Lots of electrical and USB outlets for charging devices.
