The property and staff was outstanding, I was checked in by a wonderful man Muhammad! He was outstanding in his customer service and patience with customers. The Ballet attendants, cleaners, and all staff was wonderfully! 5 Stars

Great room, amazing gym, good restaurant

It’s always a 10/10 experience staying at the fairmont - it’s the only hotel I’ll stay at in LA. Great service, fantastic rooms. Exceptionally clean and has everything you need.

The receptionist charged my card $904.80 (then changed to $868.35 that went through) knowing I booked through Expedia. She can literally checked in their system if it’s paid or not. Very awkward interaction & incompetent worker. I brought the problem regarding charging ny card on 7/12/24 & was told my money should be back in my account in 3-5days. LIE. It’s already 9/20/24 as I’m typing this review. I spoke to the person on the phone, as I was telling her that my card should not be charged since I already paid on Expedia before checking in At The Same Time she was cutting me off making noises like a baby yayayayaya… RUDE & VEY UNPROFESSIONAL. Pro Tip: if you booked your stay through Expedia, make sure to mention it’s already paid and say do not charge your card that they take to put in their system when checking in if you Do Not want to deal with these type of workers and wait daysssss to get your money back

Robert @ Lumiere restaurant at the Hotel together with Carmen and Duey were an absolute joy as hosts....made me feel at home. Pablo at the bar was prompt, attentive, and very accommodating while at the same time discrete and didn't hover. The experience made hectic business trip just a little easier and more pleasant.

There is construction going on at this time. The hotel is excellent. There is nothing the hotel can do about subway construction.

Amazing staff, and a great place to stay

Disorganized and indifferent front desk staff. Makes many mistakes during check-in/out. Fairmont Gold lounge is not well organized and lack basic utensils and supplies. Staff is clueless and confused with different guests requests. Looks like a problem with finding and retaining attentive and engaged staff.

Highly recommend this hotel. The attentiveness and level of service from the staff throughout was excellent. The room was large, well appointed and very clean. Manuel in the gold lounge went out of his way and was so nice and the door / porters were equally helpful. Stayed for business meetings in Century City and was pleasantly surprised by the mall one block over with plenty of dining options and good shopping. Thank you Fairmont Century City.

Fantastic hotel from a discerning traveler. Great quality rooms, bedding and decor. Ask for a room with a city view.

Very pleased, a nice clean spot in an other wise filthy disgusting democrat run city filled with tents and filth.

Rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a hinderance for me

Was there for a weekend getaway with teen son. Located in an office area, somewhat desolate through weekend. Parking was $65usd day! When ordering service, one time took 90 minutes.

While the hotel is nice, it’s not in the best area for walking. It also doesn’t have a hot tub, and there is little off site parking so you have to valet.

One of the best stay

Everything was going well, but I was disappointed on Saturday 03/23/2024 because that was my Daughter’s 21st birthday and we had a Dinner celebration in the Writer’s Dan (the private dinner room in the restaurant)! It took my gust an hour or more to get in the hotel because of the protester! Unfortunately my gust was completely dissatisfied and it made me and my daughter look bad for inviting them to an event that was so much of a hassle! If I would have known that there was going to be a big event I would have chosen another hotel/ restaurant for my Daughters Birthday!
