Close to public transportation. The staff was very nice.

Very clean and updated. Proximity to train station is great.

Comfortable & spacious for a Japanese hotel. Location signs as you walk from train station are not always easy to spot. Decent restaurant.

A comfortable, clean hotel in the midst of town. Entrance to hotel had a small sign stating Bellevue Gardens, it does have a small garden outdoors. It is an average hotel, it had a fairly good size bedroom compared to other Japan hotels of similar caliber. This hotel had its own airport shuttle which we took advantage of to and from Kansai Airport, this was a great help because we had like 12 luggages. We enjoyed having dinner in a Japanese restaurant on the lobby level, food was very good and for breakfast next morning, we dined in a buffet restaurant on the second floor. All in all it is a good place to stay overnight. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you are looking for a nice place near the Kansai airport, this is a good choice. The restaurant here is also nice and the breakfast is worth it.

The room and the bed as well as the facilities in the room were adequate- Even though the attendant at the front desk answered all of our questions, I felt nevertheless that it was more or less a burden for him. The breakfast was not at the level of the other hotels in Japan where we stayed.The basic ambiance in this hotel was somewhat dreary with dark-hallways which were not well lit. Lobby area, although large, needs some renovation. In summary, the room was fine while other areas of the hotel were less than inviting.

The schedule of airport shuttle bus are bad !! We wait for one and half hour at airport !!! Room was too small & air condition system are out of control !!The staff said the system are too old , all rooms are same . Breakfast just few items which really not good.I will never stay in Hotel again.

convenient and free shuttle bus to the airport, making my last night stay comfy for the next-day early flight. during my late-march stay, the air con is available only in warm air/ fan mode only, which makes the room temperature goes up to 25C, which is not very comfy to me.

Rooms are old fashioned and boring. Just a place to stay if you have to catch an early flight

I chose this hotel thinking it was at KIX, Osaka Intl airport! It is not its a 10 min train ride across the bridge & a 5 min walk from the station to the hotel!This needs to be clearly stated in the hotel info!

There are not much going around the area of the hotel and the room renovation is s not dated. However, it is spacious and clean and air conditioning/heater works well but more importantly it is only 15 mins away from the airport with free shuttle bus! Highly recommended for those with an early morning flight!

The stay was ok except for the Taiwanese front desk clerk who treats other Asians badly but very accomodating and nice with Caucasians and Japanese. She discrimates guests according to the color of the skin.

The room was bigger than regular Japanese hotels. There is nothing really around the area but there is a supermarket just across the hotel so you can grab the basics at least. There are no complimentary water in this hotel. The airport shuttle stops at the hotel so it is convenient. The room view is very scenic.

Only stayed one night for catching early flight from KIX. It provides free shuttle to KIX. Regular shuttle starts at 6:30, and they provide a special shuttle at 5:30. The bus driver is very nice - upon arriving, we wanted to read the signs to kill some time since we were too early, he thought we need help, and he did approach us to ask even he already seated in the bus.The room is small, but enough for 4 people (same size as Daiichi hotel in Tokyo), but they dont allow me to book - I had to book two rooms for two adults and two children, kind of waste money.

We arrived at 1:00 pm and therefore, missed the 10:05 am shuttle. The next shuttle was at 6:30 pm so we had to take a taxi. Taxi fare was 4,000 Yen. Location was good, with close proximity to a grocery store which was handy for getting snacks and drinks. The hotel is good for transit to the airport and provided the shuttle schedule is suitable. Refer to schedule in their website so there are no surprises.
