Hotel was clearly aging and not aging well. I don’t believe the staff attempted to speak to me other than to check in. Not in the hallways. Not for breakfast either morning I was there and took breakfast in the lobby. There’s nothing special about this hotel, so I would rate it a good place to stay for a funeral, convention, or other nondescript event. Definitely not worth the star ratings it’s previously gotten or the price unless desperate. Consider better parking as well. To have guests pay anything for a flat, uncovered parking lot in Indiana is a bit much.

It’s an ok hotel. Nothing over bad. Felt out dated but looked clean.

I had to wait over 15 minutes for the front desk person to show up to check me in. At 6:30 am there is no coffee in the breakfast area. No liners in the bathroom trashcan. The bedding did not smell clean. Absolute joke.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

Great stopping point for our trip. Stayed one night. Breakfast was good too! A/C in the room was a bit off, but turned it way down and it kept us comfortable. We will stay here again.

All the interactions we had we staff were fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the college and lots of restaurants. Perfect for our 2 night trip.

It was a nice overall and very clean. We had a first floor room and oddly the window was cracked open and we didn't realize it until morning (which made us feel a little unsafe), The breakfast was ok but not great. Overall a good stay that is close to Ball State Univ.

Property was ok, online pictures definitely deceiving, not much for vending, snacks, drinks which was a huge inconvenience

The property was in a good location to Ball State and dining choices. The toilet wasn’t working properly and you had to stick your hand inside the back to flush it yourself. The air conditioner ran for about 30 seconds and shut off. During the night it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep because of temperature. I let the front desk staff know during check-out and she said I will let maintenance know. I have 2 more stays booked for this same property and after this experience I am thinking about staying at a different hotel.

I reversed Two Queen Beds for two adult women, the hotel was overbooked & changed my reservation to a King Bed with a sofa sleeper. No call, no email before my arrival & nothing when I checked in. After I walked into my room & noticed the mistake, I went down to the front desk to let them know. Front desk informed me that because of the overbooking, her manager changed my room. A whole baseball team was staying at the hotel so I guess they got priority. Not what I expect from a Marriott. I asked for a credit, but the manager was off that day, I guess nothing will be done. I will definitely rethink staying at a Marriott again.

I liked the convenience of the inn and it was fast and easy to check-in.

Overall it’s an ok place. The front desk made a mistake and charged my card twice. The staff told me it would drop off after 10 days. The charge did not drop off. I had to file a dispute to get the charge removed. Just keep an eye open n your charges if you stay here .

The clerk was accommodating and it had a clean appearance and smell.

The furniture was stained. A majority of the towels in the room had stains. One towel had an obvious hand print stain on it.

The staff there is absolutely fantastic, we have children and they was very accommodating to anything we needed or asked for. It was a very clean and friendly environment! When we travel back to Muncie we will definitely be staying there again!

The staff was outstanding. I have a service dog and they readily accepted her. She is well behaved and rarely barks. I plan to stay there again when I visit my granddaughter at Ball State Univ.

Clean and bed comfortable. Hot good pressure shower. Breakfast bacon and eggs were on point!

Front desk manager was very welcoming when we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. Check out was easy and breakfast was very good. The only downside was trying to check in on the website on my phone. I plugged in my cell phone number and email address several times with no success. I think it wanted me to join some kind of rewards program. Just wanted to check in! Gave up and just went straight to the motel!

Very disappointed main reason for choosing this hotel was the pool which was all locked up and unusable could have gotten a cheaper hotel if i would have known. Staff was nice. We checked in on a friday and out on Wednesday house keeping was never in our room had to go to front desk to ask for fresh towels. Hallways and elevator floors were not clean. However they offer a very good breakfast
