This was an okay motel for the price, but nothing special. Clean enough for a cheap one night stay, and a cool old Route 66 design, but pretty bare bones.

Check-in was quick & efficient. The girl at the front desk was very friendly & sweet. We had a brief pleasant chat & then my wife & I were in our room within 5 minutes. The girl working in the office the next morning was also very friendly & helpful.

Run down old motel right on the busy highway. Breakfast was continental style with few choices. Rooms are not cleaned each day of stay...need to ask office for towels each day. Bed was uncomfortable.

Decent location close to NAU. The beds were nice enough for one night. Amenities were as described. Our room was on the dirty side, there was a lot of white dog hair from a previous guest. The bathroom door was also in rough shape.

The location is good and the breakfast was very minimal but tasty. the only big issue was the internet went down and the cable was really glitchy. I wasn't able to get work done, so that was a negative in my mind.

Upon check in the receptionist was warm and friendly. They accommodated my one hour early check in. There is a train nearby, which I enjoyed listening to. The walls are thin but luckily the neighbors quieted down. I slept very well. Breakfast is standard: oatmeal, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. The room was clean upon arrival. There’s a little alleyway next to the hotel that leads to trees, a perfect area to walk the dogs. I’d stay here again if I needed to.

The breakfast was basiclly just jogurt and bread. There was quite a bit of noise from the parking lot otherwise an ok overnight stay.

My wife and I are traveling across the country. This is the best customer service I've received at a hotel. Young lady was incredible nice. Even called to make sure everything was okay with the room. Also, everything else is amazing. Clean, safe, quiet. I'll never stay anywhere else again in Flagstaff! Thank you econolodge team for making a tired traveler feel right at home!

I just needed a place for one night on the drive home. Econo Lodge served my needs -- it had all the basics. It is located across the road from train tracks. I wore earplugs to bed and had no problem.

I knew this would probably not be awesome but read the reviews and seemed like it was not that bad. It looks like they tried to clean but it was not cleaned. Dirt piled in the corners of the bathroom. Hair all in the shower. I could not walk on the floors without shoes - when I tried it was full of gritty stuff so we had to wear shoes. There were gnats or baby flies all over the bathroom sink and shower, that was the grossest part. The friendly and helpful staff is the only redeeming quality.

The hotel was what you expect from an Econo but the price was a bit overrated, which is not so strange when talking about Flagstaff. Staff was nice, room big but could be cleaner. Breakfast was a bit scarce.

I gave the EconoLodge 5 stars for the details, but overall a 4. That is because it is basically a motel, not a hotel. But for the money, it is a great place to stay. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast has nothing hot, but it is included. We have stayed here before, and would stay here again.

Bugs in the bathroom. They did offer to change our room, but I was to tired. Beds were not very comfortable and you should bring your own pillow. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt or bagels.

I like the home away from home vibe. There’s the small fridge, the small coffee pot, hairdryer and I believe the small microwave. There is the breakfast station also. I like the the small coffee pot, that may be small but it is big for me. I look forward to staying again. The staff was welcoming also. Thank you staff.
