The place is in poor condition overall. The door locks are damaged, and the bathroom tap is too large for the small basin, causing water to splash onto the floor. The carpet is also dirty.

The hotel is well located in the city, with a good restaurant and a liquor store next door. The room was clean and organized, with free parking and a comfortable bed. Check-in was done by phone and they left the key in a locker because we arrived later than reception hours.

Modern renovated rooms, helpful staff, attached to the pub and minutes to local shops as well as a world class beach and nature tours/sanctuaries. Plenty of great cafes, seafood, and wine/whisky bars plus a local brewery. Dining options close early here. And hotel has a pool in the summer for guests.

I loved the location. Great place to stay for penguins and blow hole. The staff were lovely. Room comfortable. Poor sound insulation. Would love to go back.

We were hassled for a credit card imprint even though we had paid for the room so details were on their record.I suppose management was concerned we would steal the non existent toilet cleaning brush or the non existent hand towels or the non existent second face washer

Very nice room. Clean & all needed supplies provided. It was facing the beach across the street, while the name led me to think it was on the beach... Nevertheless, it was a great spot, convenient to get to. Would certainly stay there again.
