Property nicely updated since previous stay. Room very functional, comfortable and clean. Nice value.

The check in was a breeze, very friendly and pleasant person to greet us. Room was lovely, beds comfortable, room pristine. BUT music played continuously all night, piped outside. I couldn’t sleep! Finally called front desk around 4:30 to ask if they could turn it off. Lady said no, it was policy to keep it on, but she could turn it down. Why in the world would this be a policy??!! Would recommend this place in a heartbeat if not for music torture.

We had a cozy accessible, room with 2 queen beds for 2 nights. The staff was extra helpful to our needs. I find the pump bottles for soap, difficult because of my arthritis, but the housekeeper got me some bar soap.

My overnight stay was ideal. My only suggestion is to improve the bathroom lighting so that women can apply makeup easier.

Little difficulty driving to after dark. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the river view from my room. Great breakfast in the morning. Good value if I had gone elsewhere. Free newspaper to read.

Not a really great intro to the place with staff - mom is hard of hearing and sometimes things need to be repeated and staff wasn’t very accommodating to this to a point where my mother asked me to stay with her to help. Room was pretty good paid extra for a partially obstructed view of the river -
As much as we love and always stay at Holiday Inn I don’t see staying at this one in the future.

I checked in after midnight. It was 79 degrees in my room! The AC rattled. It finally got down to 68 about 6:00 AM

I just stopped in to visit my hometown for a couple of days. Very comfy rooms, beds were extremely comfy. A/C in every room. Awesome hotel

Overall, disappointing for the high price point. The hotel is old and in major need of updating. Lots of visible wear and tear in our room. Room was comfortable but felt very dark and dated and needed a lot of maintenance work. Pool and hot tub had a lot of cracked plaster and missing paint and were not very clean. On the good side, the staff is welcoming and efficient. On-site restaurant was very good.

We had a wonderful two night stay. The reception staff were friendly and made us feel so welcomed! Our Suite was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area!

I did a quick overnight for my kids’ college orientation, and was pleasantly surprised at the unexpected scenery in Lewiston! It’s actually a place I’d like to come back and explore now! The hotel was convenient, clean, and the bartender was delightful! I had a river view room and the scenery was gorgeous!

Well to start off my keys to my room had to be replaced everyday I was there, and then my AC unit wasn’t working from the moment the checked Friday evening and stayed around 71-73 degrees in the room talk about a HOT Box, they said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Couldn’t sleep to warm in the room and I can say that I can’t recommend this to anyone … for a king room with a river view if I wasn’t going to be out so much money I would have gone somewhere else and maybe they would have cared about me and my vacation there.

Walls are thin enough to hear tv blasting all night and guy walking around. Made few complains after mid night to 3:30 am but they didn’t help us. We got no sleep.

When reserving the property it didnt say you had to pay for breakfast separately. For two hundred plus dollars and then told we would have to pay extra for breakfast is rediculas.
