Unfortunately the SPA which we looking forward to was closed for renovation throughout our stay. Another disappointment, only given 2 complimentary bottles per room per visit, regardless of length of stay. Good thing was we were given a room upgrade to deluxe.

Service is good

The spa was good, but not included in the stay. Also parking is available for extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very hard bed, but they were helpfull when we had complaints. Also the internet was not the best in our room, and didn't get much better after we completed, so working was not easy there

The room size is ok,overall experience to stay only one night is ok. However the room is humid and with funny smell , it did have an air purifier in the room which is good. The pillow has stinky smell just like someone not wash hair in a long time…which is not ok.

Had a great time in Nahaha Hotel. Would definitely go back.

room is too small

The location is quite good. Not far from international street. A lot of food options. The room was bit dark and old fashioned. The parking is not free, have to pay.

The property was very clean. They have a breakfast buffet for 20$ USD. Family mart and Seven 11 are literally 1 block away. They have a lounge area with free refreshments, coffee and tea. It's an amazing atmosphere very relaxing. To see the river you have to walk up a flight of stairs to the right of the hotel when you walk out. It’s an awesome view. Excellent price.

The rooms in Okinawa are small at most hotels, so this was average. We had two twin beds. There was space for our two large suitcases and two carryons. The bathroom amenities were a plus, including a toothbrush with toothpaste and a hairbrush. The beds are little more than cardboard boxes with thin mattresses, fine for a night but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. The carpet and bathroom finishings are worn. The staff are extremely friendly. Within walking distance are a Family Mart, 7/11, and a monorail station. The 7/11 has an ATM where you can get cash for the monorail which doesn’t take credit cards. Overall, I would call it a convenient stay, more than a comfortable stay.

The room is really big, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Nice bathroom with bathtub.

super recommend this hotel. nice location, cvs nearby and walk distance to station. Last day I found I forgot my camera after checked out. The hotel member brought it to airport to me, I really appreciate their great service. I will stay here again if I go to Okinawa next time.

As an Expedia Silver member, this hotel was awesome. They gave us early check in, late check out, and 1000 yen per night coupon to use for food or spa. We chose the breakfast included option and were so glad we did! The buffet had something for everyone and it was nice not to worry about finding food in the morning before our busy days.

Amazing breakfast and great quality for the price. If you are washing clothes, it gets very busy at night but it's fine in the morning. Again, really amazing breakfast!

Room was adequate, a little outdated, some mold on the ceiling AC vent but overall decent. Breakfast was a great affair. Okinawan dishes and western food items were served. Seems like a family friendly hotel -noticed a lot of kids and families. My partner and I were happy with our stay.

This was my first time in Okinawa and this place was just great. I solo travelled and while it may not be the best option (I had 2 double beds to myself), it was definitely both affordable and a comfortable option. The rooms were very clean and have everything you would need and expect (showers, air conditioning, and wifi). The location itself is perfect. I found that you will do a lot of walking, but it’s nice because places like kokusai dori (Main Street) and Naminoue shrine/beach are a 15-20 minute walk but there’s also the option of taking the Yui Monorail which has a station just 5 minutes away. The facilities in the place were great too. In terms of food I had the buffet breakfast which included many foods specific to Okinawa and some specific to Japan in general for a very affordable price. I didn’t get to try the bar so I can’t say. There is also a sauna and spa located in the basement floor. I went at a later time during the day (about 9:30 pm) and I was lucky enough to have the whole facility to myself. It’s very affordable too and includes showers, steam room, sauna, cold, warm and hot baths, a rest room outside and lockers to put your stuff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Naha.

Did not offer free late check out after 11 am. However, it is close to the shopping street and monorail.
