The room was extremely dry and it was very hard for me to breathe as I thought I was inhaling a different type of gas. And in the hallways it smelled like mold. The mattress was sort of comfortable but has seen better days. On a good note the bathroom is in good condition.

This hotel is in need of a severe upgrade. The room smelled aweful, the curtains had burn holes in them, the view from my window was a swimming pool that was filled in with broken up rocks. The parking lot was old and not well lit. The room was not very clean. It was very disappointing.
On a better note....the staff was pleasant and very accomodating.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was just so so. We've been staying here for 2 years and still no updates. The ice machine on the first floor is still broken. I find that absurd and really inconvenient. The bathroom floor was very slick as was the shower. It was not safe. The staff are excellent and truly listen to what we have to say. It is time to start updating this hotel

The fan didn't work in the bathroom, one of the power strips wwouldn't work. The door wouldn't close easily. The people there were nice.

We didn’t!!!! Cause it was that bad!!! Smelled mold the second we entered! The cords behind the nightstand were in fact moldy. Black mold in the shower. Furniture all scratched up, bed skirt ripped. Was afraid to even sit on the bed or put our bags down! Immediately went back to the check in & immediately checked out!!! The phone had broken pieces! Carpet in the hallway filled with stains, different shades of paint on the walls!! Seriously bulldoze the place down!!

We checked in at 1:00 pm on Thursday 9/5/2024 messed up here and the front desk clerk was very non sociable. Everyone else was very pleasant

Easy to drive around the area.
Entrance road could use a re-paving.

The property is well taken care of the inside is clean and and does need updating quite a bit but overall it was a good stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again

Staff did job. Check in desk long way away from entrance down hall, couldn’t see entrance door. Didn’t see staff around hotel be it in breakfast area or in halls. Room was o k. Hotel was older. Room served purpose.

The room smelled like mold, the carpet was wet, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was clean.

It seems like this hotel needs to start making upgrades. We have been coming for a year and the ice machine on the first floor is still out of order. You have to go to the second floor to get ice. Not very convenient. It just seems like things are not being upgraded here.

For the cost, the hotel is nice and conveniently located. The room we received was not the room scheduled for us since that room was not ready. The room we were given was in need of some repairs to the HVAC in-wall system.

The air conditioner fan did not turn off. We have been coming to this hotel for a year and a big complaint is that the ice machine on the first floor is still broken. This is an inconvenience and we don't understand why after one year it's not fixed

looked like we were walking into a scary movie. the doors are metal, with the landlord paint special, bathroom sink didn't drain, wifi didn't work, tv was tiny, needs a renovation asap.

Pool advertised on hotels.com was not only, empty and crumbling- not even a decent place to sit outside

Went to visit my brother traveled with my dog and family staff was great very friendly. Hotel looked like it was getting updated cleanliness wasn’t bad

No protein in the breakfast only carbs, carpets were dingy, toilet wasn’t flushing properly when I checked in, one switch in bathroom didn’t work, room felt damp for the whole trip and looked like black mold might be starting on wall by air conditioner

Staff was wonderful, hotel being updated & nice.. room did smell of 30 years of cigarettes.. even with new carpet & all new bathroom. Old air conditioner & drapes. Couple cans big fabreze helped. Common areas lovey.

I was not able to stay the night as my plans changed. Because I booked through Expedia the rate was non refundable. First and last time I use Expedia. No fault of hotel.

Went to check in, and the lady at the desk wasnt the friendliness, i was paying cash for thr room she said with attitude " WE DONT TAKE CASH" thank god i had money on a card to pay for it, have to carry ur luggage up thr steps, carpet in the hall way is raised almost tripped, title in the stair well is all bustrd up, THERE IS NO PULL, IT. NOT FILLED!!! they stopped serverung breakfast at 9am come on, they only good thing about the hotel was the room, bed werent to bad

This place is definitely underrated. Super friendly staff. Really clean. So what the carpet is dated. The drapes “classic “. It felt homey and staff were super accommodating. We plan to make this our go-to when visiting family there in the future.

Check in with Dave was great and he was super helpful. The place was quiet than I expected, and was clean.
This is a dated property. While some upgrades are happening, there is much to do. The bathroom fan sounded like an plane with the number 2 motor bearing shot which did nothing for ventilating the space. The TV was small, and the instructions on the end table did not get us in - we used our phone and had a better experience.
