Pros: All was good, as described online, pictures are accurate. Clean. Friendly front desk people. Small business, well managed. Cons: there is no plug in the bathtub, and window is facing a narrow strip of backyard that’s trashed and look unhygienic, also the screen mesh was broken. Could be easily fixed. Overall good value for money. Good location.

The room was clean, service was good and fast. Someone tried to come in but the chain on the door stopped them- that scared us a bit. So glad we had that on. No knock so i don't think it was housekeeping.

Clean and quiet

A well-kept motor lodge at a great price. The property and rooms are very well kept, and the staff is very nice. It's a family run establishment, and I like that a lot. You can see the care they are putting into their business. But it's true that it is right off the freeway, next to the railroad tracks, which has its pros and cons; it's super convenient, but I could hear the trucks and trains when I was awake. However, it wasn't loud enough to affect my sleep at all. Bottome line: It's a good, inexpensive place to catch some shut-eye while traveling up and down the 99. Give it a try.

place gets the big things right. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Seemed safe. But lots of other complaints. The swimming pool has been paved over. The ice machine wasn't working. The room was tiny. The room's lighting was spotlights in the ceiling. No bedside lamps, so impossible to read in bed without a spotlight shining in your eyes. The air conditioner was noisy.

it’s a great place to stop by overnight. the owners take good care of the facility and it is very clean. it’s by a major freeway so keep that in mind when booking especially if you’re looking for easy access to Merced or if you’re looking for a scenic location. i recommend it for any day or weekend traveler on their way to other nearby locations.

Located right next to Hwy 99... within 10yrds. There is also a railroad in the middle of Hwy 99. No sound barrier wall on Hwy 99. The room has no soundproofing. Just imagine the noise level at night... The review of 8.0 for sure not real. Never Never Never stay there again.
