Check in was easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Our first room had a musty smell but the staff were great and got us a new room will out any hassles.
We like the separate entrance that was closer to our room. We didn’t use the pool but it was a pleasant looking area.
The property has a restaurant, small, and a 24 hour pantry with food, sundries, drinks, and beer and wine.
We were able to get a 12:30 check out which was helpful.

Quick stop. Thé room next door was very loud past midnight. I called the front desk and the noise issue was quickly resolved. Thank you.

Toilet backed up and couldn’t get anyone to clear it. AC leaked and floor was wet. Staff was nice but breakfast is crazy overpriced. Id go elsewhere.

Really liked the place and would have given higher but they didn’t make the room the first night and the last night when the place got packed their was lots of nosie in the hallways late at night as well as what sounded like a rave party going … which I am pretty sure there was since I am saw a couple of people at 6am that looked like leftovers from the night before … super convenient to magic mountain and loved the vaulted ceilings just wish there wasn’t all the partying on Saturday night

I love this hotel it was clean, the people who worked there was friendly. The breakfast was incredibly. When I walked in my room the and turned the TV on it had welcome with my name on it. AMAZING!

The location is close to shops, restaurants and the highway. The staff at check in would not figure out a way to do an upgrade even if they charged for it, just kept repeating that the room was booked through Expedia and couldn’t do an upgrade. This is the first time I’ve encountered someone who didn’t want to charge more for a room.
The room was o Jr dated in decor, carpet was dingy and dirty in the room and all carpeted areas. Room and gym had an odd smell. Gym and pool towels are so old that they could only serve as rags ensuring no one would want to take them. Yoga mats in gym were completely worn out and should’ve been replaced, one of the treadmills was broken.
Only booked because I thought the standard for this hotel was better but was definitely on par with a Motel 6 or Travelodge.
Wouldn’t book again de the rate they charged.

Bed was strangely uncomfortable. Television is directly attached to a router that needed to be reset regularly.

Check in was not pleasant. It seems the first person I spoke to was not happy with there job. When I went back to the front desk, I purposely went to the other employee that was definitely a better mood.
Once I open the door to my room, it was a horrible smell that just hit you in the face. The mattresses and beddings are extremely old.
There was construction going on that I was not aware of when I booked the hotel room. Also, the hotel is right off the freeway and you had freeway noise all night. I will never say this again.

Nice place. Perfect location for going to Magic Mountain. The condition of the place is pretty good overall. They can only clean and repair so much. Why must people stay at these places and make a mess or tear things up? You're just supposed to sleep and leave. Beds were very comfortable.

Room was spacious. We were just in an area with lots of loud kids running in and out of rooms. Be aware there are rats running all around the pool and spa area. The kids in the pool area kept having to jump up on the chairs because they would scurry around. The rat came right up to us a few times while sitting in the spa. The pool was not swimable after a hot day at 6 flags. The pool was brown and had lots of debris in it. The people we talked to in the spa said they personally spent 1 hour trying to clean the pool the day before but it didn’t help.

I dont know what the pool hours are but when there are kids in the pool at 7:30am and you trying to sleep after a 10 hour drive you kinda get upset. Very noisy in the hallways. People breaking exit signs...etc. wife and i will not be returning, we will find another hotel.

This was my first time booking a room at this hotel. I arrived a bit earlier than expected so the room wasn’t ready. The staff were friendly and polite. They went out of the way to make my stay pleasant. They offered to hold our luggage and even grabbed us a luggage cart. They offered cold water upon arrival and seemed to create a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay and was grateful for getting a room that had working A/C and comfortable beds. I will definitely be staying here again.

Checked into the room. Air didn’t work and there were handprints on the headboard. Asked to change rooms and the second room had ants. Told front desk we were checking out and they refused to refund us the room charge.

We reserved and prepaid for a room with one king bed, and instead received a first-floor room with two queens with completely unusable blinds.
The blinds were the worst part-- the room was the ADA room, so they were motor-operated and couldn't be used by hand, and the switch that controlled them was broken and had loose electrical wires sticking out of the panel on the wall.
When we went to the front desk to let them know about the issue, the person working said that they knew, didn't apologize or anything, didn't offer to have them fixed, and just said that this was because the room was "accessible." Being in the dark with no way to open our blinds for several days is not accessible at all! In the future, please offer to fix them, offer to compensate us, or at least apologize for the issue.

Great property with excellent rooms that are spacious with high ceilings. Easy access to the rooms from parking lot all around the property. Very close and convenient to access anything and everything in the area. The pool was dirty both days that I went down to it, so that would be my only recommendation to the hotel is to keep that maintained to a higher level of cleanliness.

We did a very quick family trip to Magic Mountain, and stayed here for the night. Great proximity to the park, probably closer to walk to MM entrance from here than it is to drive, park, then walk to entrance. Nice room, probably quieter if not on the street side. Definitely will stay here again.
