Ladies at front desk were very friendly an efficient. Hotel was very clean.

Clean and quiet

It’s an older hotel and the fan is very loud.

Elevator could have been cleaner. Had to call front desk re wifi password. View from room was of a banquet hall.

Great breakfast! Friendly staff. A little tired. Adequate gym and pool.

The area around the hotel is pretty gross. Homeless Bums and urinating in boarded up store fronts. Not the hotels fault, but gross anyway.

Bed was like sleeping on rocks. Very uncomfortable. Overall, hotel is nice. Staff is helpful.

No stopper in sink, a challenge for customers who wear contact lenses. No stopper or plug for the tub, so no bath. slow elevator. Noisy AC. Nice gym but no mats for stretching. Really, for the price in Utica, I expected more.

Paying for parking I didn’t like

Excellent knowledge of the area by the hotels Staff.

They didn’t have the room I booked and tried sticking me in a double bed. The entire floor stunk like cigarettes and when I opened the door to my room the smell intensified.

Very clean and comfortable beds.

The hotel was an excellent stay. Quick check-in, parking garage is next to the main door and the facility is very clean; they even had filtered water machines! The elevators took a long time to run and the washroom was a very tight squeeze in a King bed suite. Found the staff to be very prompt and professional!

Everything from check in to the quality fo the space was excellent. Walking distance to attractions we were in town for - perfect.

Very nice hotel. Well situated for concerts and shows stage Stanley. Parking is a bit inconvenient, and there’s no valet option. The area around the hotel is a bit run down; but seems to be safe.

Friendly staff

There isn’t much around the property.

We stayed here for a wedding and it was so convenient. Parking in the lot is free on the weekends and street parking looked pretty plentiful as well (for the weekends only, there are some weekday parking rules) Check in and out was easy. Jodie the bartender in the lobby is a dream. She's so nice and the drinks were great. We had a King room on the 2nd floor. It was clean as you'd expect from a Marriott. Bed was really comfy. The only inconveniences were that I wish there was a full length mirror in the room and that the bathroom was too small to have 2 people in there at the same time. Neither a huge deal though. Shower pressure was great and housekeeping staff was also very nice and provided shampoo when we asked. Highly recommend getting a room here if attending a wedding or event nearby.

Utica has a lot of work to do, but this hotel is doing everything right! Very happy.
