This is one of the best hotels we have stayed. Our room was awesome!! Every detail !!! Everything is thought to give you a wonderful confort. People at hotel are very nice all around, at the lobby, the restaurant, room service, etc. Everybody is looking how make you feel like never before. We have special appreciation for Catherine at from desk, well she was very kind with us since the arrival; during our stay was always worried about our needs and at our departure concern in every detail!! This hotel spoils guests!! After been there you don't want to stay in any other place.

Our stay was awesome! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed. The location is sensational! The staff are friendly and quick to help. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurants and both experiences were superb. The room was clean and had everything one would need while traveling. I can’t wait to go back and stay again!

The facility and service is excellent. The buffet did not include Hot Oatmeal, though buffet includes excellent European Bakery delicacies when asked for it i was told it will be offered for extra charge which is not consistent with other hospitality

The hotel must be the most fabulous on Lake Luzern. We joined a couple that arrived a week earlier and their experiences taking various tours made them valuable assets. We climbed to The Gutsch and had drinks and snacks, Wonderful views!!. The small city center is easy walking with lots of shops and beer.

The Palace Luzern is a beautiful hotel, lavishly decorated and on a prime piece of land on Lake Lucerne. Our room had been recently refurbished, and everything was very posh although it would have been better if they had upgraded the electrical circuitry to provide power at the desk area (we had to unplug a lamp to plug in our laptop). But...our room was on the top floor, in what was probably originally an attic, and the window wall slanted inward. That would be OK if it were a bigger room, but it wasnt and therefore meant we had to duck to walk between the bed and the desk area. The limited headroom was made worse by the window coverings, which draped out towards the room, taking up valuable floorspace/headroom. We did ask to move to another room, but the only room available hadnt been used recently and smelled musty. The staff was apologetic, but there were no good options.

Wonderful experience. Loved the walk along the waterfront into old town center. Our only issue was some mold in the shower. They worked on it.

I really liked the hotel, the location is good, the view from the room is wonderful! Although rooms do need a bit of renovation, they are clean but a bit antiquated! Overall I would surely stay there again

Good location. We stayed on the street side but city noise did not bother us at all. Nice view from the lake side.

Ever Was great except for the comfort and the size of the beds

This was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, spacious, well furnished, clean room with a view of the lake. City center was 15 to 20 minutes walk along the lake. We enjoyed our stay there. If we go to Lucern again we will choose this hotel.

Right on the lake with about a 5-7 minute walk to the train station, bridge and city center the location really can't be beat. The room was very spacious with wonderful amenities. The minibar is included as is a fruit bowl and chocolates every night on our pillow! It was a small thing, but they were great quality and different every night! The bar and lounge area was very nice to end our evenings with a night cap and the service was impeccable. Marlin, the restaurant was overpriced and not that great in our opinion but we did enjoy the lemon risotto very much. The concierge, Julia, arranged an amazing chocolate and sight seeing tour on an electric bus that is not to miss! Overall, Lucerne is just a beautiful city full of history and stunning scenery, we can't wait to come back and stay at Palace Luzern!

Amazing hotel. The concierge was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The bellman picked us up at the train station and was there on top to bring us back to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious and it was a gorgeous setting on the water. Wonderful walk into town each day.

Very expensive

Beautiful hotel, great location. Great outdoor bar. One negative....went to breakfast, but didnt realize it was close to closing and was charged full price even though food was taken away before we were finished.

The room was lovely and the staff great. Unfortunately we arrived much later than we expected and the weather was bad. We had to leave early the next morning so we did not get to experience much of the hotel or the town.

Beautiful view and a well equipped room. The hotel itself is like a palace and its such a great experience to stay
