It was a very rough area and super noisy got barely any sleep and no hot water what so ever really disappointed with the experience lucky we were only there for 1 night.

The motel room was very clean,neat and tidy.

Fantastic value for money, the lady on the check in was welcoming and patient, and check in was a breeze. Room was simple but clean and all the basic amenities you would need. The only request I can think of is perhaps a few more supplies like toothpaste and perhaps an extra doona available.

Staff were friendly and the room was pleasant. We only wanted 'a bed for the night' but we'd happily stay here again on another trip.

Great value, clean, after hours check in, pub across the road and a block away from the Moonah Strip. Close to busses.

We were given an "upgrade" because we wanted a room on the ground floor. Really it was a "downgrade". Towels not replaced, bed not made and shower mat not replaced. When queried reception said they couldn't make our bed as we'd left things on it! Yes we did....we left our PJs on it. Therefore they said they couldn't make the bed. We were out for the day on the second day and came back to see the bed was "made". Well the doona was pulled over the bed and pillows looked neat but they hadn't moved the sheet that was inside. It was 1/2-way down the bed. If the place is going to say it won't make a bed because it has "things" on it, you'd think at least they'd warn you!! They never replaced the shower mat and we had to use my husband's singlet so we wouldn't slip when we got out of the shower. We won't stay there again.

The shower tray isvtoo high for elderly people to use.. It is risky for people over 60 years age. MAINLY when the front door is locked

For a budget motel, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely room and facilities. The weather was mild when I was there, so I am uncertain whether heating or cooling is adequate in more extreme weather conditions. But I was very content with my stay, which was seamless from booking to checkout

Stairs a bit rickety. Very hard to drag a suitcase up them when 82 years old. Car park had several potholes and the gps didn’t agree with the address given by staff. Drove up street until we found the name, two blocks away. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. Staff were helpful over the phone and gave directions for activities next morning.

The room we stayed looked like they never updated in years the bench in the room the laminate had been pulled off in chunks the old wood cupboard that was there looked like a 5 year old made it door that didn’t even fit. When we started up the heater that also looks like it’s been there since it got build stunk could not use it. The fan in the bathroom o my god never seen one like it. It was hot in the room when we got there owell no air con no fan to cool you down. Single beds felt like the springs were comming through the mattress. Over all will not be going back there again
