It is a plush hotel but the rooms are small. High level of service. Breakfast is great. They had fresh tropical fruits like mangosteen, guava, papaya, etc. There are 2 malls within walking distance. Short tuktuk ride to the National Museum (must visit) and other significant sights.

The hotel is tired and not well staffed to make it run well The room service food was inedible; not through spice or flavouring but preparation. The staff at the pool were absent. The gym staff were horrendous and I found one drinking wine from a bottle in the cupboard while I was on the treadmill.

I stayed at the Kingsbury for one night and it was a great experience. Check-in was speedy and the staff were informative and kind. My favorite experience was dining in at the Ocean seafood restaurant. The food and cocktails were made with love. Will be back soon

This time business trip, your services was worst.

Amazing

I have been staying at this hotel for my business trip. Previous trips was alright except this recent one that i was assigned lower level that was too noisy for comfort.

Needs a couple of changes. No hot water two days in row. Restaurant overstaffed with poorly trained staff. Food excellent.

A luxury hotel it may be, but a comfortable and relaxing place to stay it is not. The hotel swarms with over officious staff who follow your every move. We arrived, well dressed with small rucksacks , as our luggage was being forwarded. Check in took 25 minutes as desk staff, answered phone and attended other guests whilst booking us in. We were approached by staff twice on way to our room, enquiring if they could ' help', it felt like they were checking on us! We went to sit by the pool, and were questioned by three different members of staff as to if we were guests, and even returned to check our room number! Security is tight & guests are certainly under observation. Perhaps this is to be expexpected as the hotel appears to accommodate the 'bling and business' class. Definitely not a place to relax in.

Terrible front office service. It took 30 minutes just checkin a guest. Staff is not polite and lot of trainees. No one knows what to do.

I had a wonderful stay in Kingsbury Colombo Hotel. This is a five star property & truly lives upto its name. The rooms are spacious with nice view of the cityscape & the sea. Room service is amazing with really cordial hotel staffs. House keeping did wonderful job. In room dining menu should have bit more variety & check out took longer than expected. Apart from these 2 points rest everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Service and Employees were fantastic

Nice clean rooms and good food. Beautiful view of the sea and port city which is still under construction. Buffer breakfast was with many choices.

Hotel is great but a little antiquated. Lifts are hit and miss, as is the internet.

The wedding events were loud on the weekends.

The staff at the Kingsbury are great. Special shout out to concierge Priyantha. A great asset to Kingsbury. Helped my family and me from arrival to departure to make sure it was a seamless experience at the hotel.

the hotel is amazing, the service is very good, and the breakfast is divine! very close to the malls, and The Harbour! I recommend!
