All good but breakfast need to be improved.

The rooms were extremely dusty. There was no dining of an evening. We booked three rooms for ourselves and friends. One room had no hot water in the morning.

The stairwell is unlit at night, its very unsafe. The restaurant was closed for dinner, no options for food on premises, and then theres no crockery or cutlery in the room if you go fetch food yourself. Signs everywhere apologising for "circumstances outside their control" with the TVs and internet, when they are very much controllable, if someone installed updated technology. All might be forgiven if the bed was comfortable, but it was as hard as rock. Weird stains on the bathroom floor. This place is on life support, someone needs to pull the plug and put it out of its misery.

Easy to find, but not in city centre. Was given a room at the rear where workers have regular rooms. A bus is parked there for when it leaves at 5am and starts it noisy motor and drops off at 3.30pm. Noisy, foul mouthed loud conversations, and beer drinking sessions when it drops off at 3.30pm. After my 2nd night in this room I asked to be moved - which was accommodated. But as a single female traveller, why was I given a room within these 7 units of workers. Also the rear road has continual traffic - which is very noisy. I suggest you ask not to be put in room 41 - 49. No dining in for breakfast over the weekend either. Disappointed.

Room is very out-dated. Not worth the price. Stayed here because of Ibis brand. Room was dirty and had spiders.

Good location and we have stayed here before a few times , however this time the restaurant was closed for dinner and breakfast , we weren’t advised of this until arrival. Reception staff were not friendly The rooms are now in need of renovation and a really good clean, dusty , dirt around all the edges of the carpets Beds were clean though . Bit of a disappointing stay

It is not a hotel, it is a motel. There is no Wi-fi. There is no restaurant. The main door to my room had a 1-inch gap at the bottom. The bathroom window was very dirty.

We booked for two nights for 3 people and upon arrival we checked into our room and when we went to go to bed we pulled the sheets back to find a large patch of dust on the bottom sheet, excessive dust inside the light shade, dust on top of the tv plus bad dust and mould on the window. We confronted the reception the next morning as they weren’t open at the time we discovered the issues and so they upgraded us to another bigger and “nicer” room. It was a more pleasant style of accommodation but there was also bad mould in the shower and dust on the exhaust fan in the window, the kettle only worked when you held the switch down, the wifi didn’t work at all and the restaurant was closed. The tv only had two working free to air channels and nothing else. Over all not a very pleasant stay.

Parking was convenient as it was just outside the unit

This motel is old and tired. There were only VERY basic provisions EG soap towels kettle 2 cups. No toaster,no plates no cutlery. Car was vandalised during our stay.

Its a perfect for family special seprate single beds for the kids

Nice hotel. We had the family room but a bit noisy close to the main road. Cutlery in the room, but no plates. The continental breakfast was good. Happy with the friendly check in/out. Dissapointed that the Bar and Restaurant was closed for dinner. No accessable power points in the second room. Had to move the chest of drawers to access the only one. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great location. However shower and wifi were terrible. Shower had no pressure or hot water really. Wifi didn't work. When travelling all you ask for is a good shower and Wifi. Got neither unfortunately. Breakfast was nice however we didn't eat there until the last day as we were told restaurant was closed.

Fine for an overnight stay in Albany. We had a family room. Didn’t hear too much road noise. Clean and basic. No problems at all.

There are dog friendly options which made a couple of days away a possibility. The mostly fenced grassed area would be improved if the fencing was complete. The receptionist was excellent, very welcoming, efficient and friendly throughout our visit.

Need to improve cleanliness a little more

First things first this is not a hotel but a run down filthy place. The place is basically a scam. Its very dirty and there is no cleaning and changing of linen during public holidays. I used room 28 from the 31st of March to the 3rd of April. The room is dirty as you shall see on attached photos. The TV is not the best on the picture quality. The small fridge in the room makes noise all night you just have to be prepared for that. On the day cleaning was supposed to be done it was just pathetic as shown in the photos. I do not recommend anyone or even my enemy for this dirty place

The general condition of the property was tired and old but when trying to shower there was no hot water in the shower and very little pressure. Not a great way to start the day.

The property is in a convenient location with lots of onsite parking. The furniture is a little out dated and facilities are fair. The walls in all rooms could do with a little bit of a scrub to remove unwanted left overs by past occupants. However overall the rooms did the job and provided the rest, shower and sleep we needed. Thanks for the stay.

Very basic accommodation but suitable for a fantastic stay in Albany. Reasonably priced. A little out of town.

Dust in room was not acceptable. I am asthmatic!!! I do not think this was the cleaning lady's fault. I believe it is lack of time and staff. The person when we arrived was poor (Thursday 21st March.). The Friday 22nd staff were helpful and a delight to deal with. We will be coming to Albany on a regular basis, but will not book here again because of my health issues.

We arrived a little after 6:00pm, the person at the reception told us that the reception was closed and directed us to follow the check in instruction on the front door. We couldn’t find that, as well as the reception person, as it was wrongly displayed when the door is open, she was extremely rude. Terrible hygiene in the rooms, a dead bug on the pillow, a worm on the bed and heaps of dust behind the curtain. We can provide photos if needed. No Wi-Fi and restaurant as listed in the information on Expedia. Payment option other than Credit Card is not available, and the Credit Card surcharge was not stated in any information. Give us a very bad impression of Albany and Expedia.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good beds and showers. Basic motel style , you can drive to your doorstep. We had room in back #43 which is likely quieter then those on front. Restaurant was not open so can’t comment. Not a lot of eateries within walking distance but only a short drive to downtown area and waterfront. Good fridges in room. Overall good value for the price and we certainly would stay again.

The place is really old and tired with skirting boards looking like they’ve been chewed by mice Dust on the sides and the bathroom grouting old and very stained The place looks like it’s out of the 1970s The one staff member I met was very friendly and accommodating though one saving grace for the place
