The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. They had a very nice breakfast spread and it was attended to throughout so they didn’t run out of anything. I had a very pleasant stay there and would be happy to stay there again!

This hotel was really great! The staff did ABSOLUTELY go out of their way to meet our expectations! We would most definitely stay there again!!

Toilet would not flush,rooms need to be checked why rent out a room when you cant use the toilet?

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful whenever a situation came up however there were circumstances beyond their control. I was stuck in the elevator three times in a matter of one hour. We were on the third floor and got stuck bringing our luggage up and had to call for help. It started running again but when we went back up it stopped again. We gave it a go a third time finishing with our luggage and again, got stuck. This time we told the receptionist that we would need to be moved to the first floor as we had a guest who was 70 years old and couldn't be going up and down the stairs multiple times a day. We were moved to ground floor rooms but one of the rooms needed some serious remodeling, especially the bathroom tub and the light shades. The toilet in the other room overflowed and they were left with a wet carpet for the rest of the weekend. Oh and I forgot to mention...we were too scared to use the elevator when we moved so we had to make a couple of trips up and down the three flights of stairs to move our luggage. One more thing, the quality of the food served during breakfast was just under average. To say the banana were ripe was an understatement. I don't thing anyone ate them because they were ready to be put in the freezer and used for banana bread at a later date. Like I said, the staff was friendly and worked very hard to maintain everything clean.

The hotel was ok, seemed a bit old with some updates. The staff was great. The breakfast was good- standard complementary breakfast. The issue was the beds. Oh my they were so uncomfortable! My husband and I both had to fight sinking into the center all night. One of the absolute worst nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel.

The staffer was nice. However, when I checked in, which was after midnight, the staffer at the front desk told me about the hot water in room121 was fixed. It was NOT! The hot water is luke warm at best in the shower, the room smelled like mildew and dirty feet. I had been told the hotel was booked up during my stay and there weren't any available rooms. It was very uncomfortable when you walk into the room and there is an off odor and the hot water in the shower doesn't work. You all should have refunded at least half or my money back. This was a very disappointed hotel experience!

There was here and there damages in the bathroom as well as the body 2 bottles of conditioner instead of body soap (im sure its just the bottle not actually two things of conditioner) overall its very clean and nice

It was good but, the room upstairs my room was too noise, they walk and walk and walk the whole night, I couldn’t sleep at all

The staff was very courteous for our evening check-in. The staff handling breakfast was very sweet and greeted each person that came in.

I was pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of restaurants near the hotel. Had a wonderful meal at Lucky Fins. Only took 10 minutes to get there. Staff was extremely helpful. The curtains in the room could use a little cleaning but everything else was spic and span.

This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in- and we stay in a lot of hotels. It is way over priced. The pool was awful. Freezing cold, and there were no steps going into it so my kids couldn’t even swim. The fridge in our hotel room didn’t work. So everything that I had put in the fridge went bad. Breakfast wasn’t good. They even managed to mess up the scrambled eggs. The key card wouldn’t work in the door. The deadbolt wouldn’t unlock so the deadbolt was stuck open and the door wouldn’t shut. The elevator barely worked. The side doors of the hotel we’re out of order. By far the worst hotel, I’ve stayed in for quite some time!

Great place friendly staff very clean and a good breakfast

I booked and paid through the app. When I arrived they changed my room to a different cheaper room saying that’s all they had, but did not refund the difference. When I entered the room I saw towels on the floor and an unmade bed. Since this was the only room left I waited an hour for them to clean it. While I waited I saw three other customers come to check in. All had prepaid and pre-booked. None got a room as the company sold them rooms that don’t exist, apparently. The desk clerk was nice enough and sincere, but the place is so terribly managed that this is common, apparently. In the morning at breakfast I noticed a very meager an unappetizing setup. It seemed the management/owners were purposely trying to do the bare minimum to attract business, but that they sincerely hate their customers. The condition of the property was in disrepair. The training and management of staff was severely lacking (the poor clerk did not even know how to refund all those customers’ money). Overall this was, by far the worst Marriott property I’ve ever seen. This was not worth $80, much less the almost $200 I paid. Find another hotel to stay at. Seriously. I warned you. It’s bad! Way worse than a cheap motel. Way worse.

Good Breakfast

Room was nice & clean. Shower was wonderful and appreciated the pump of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast had a nice variety of food.

Terrible it was a solo trip for a job test, the hotel was okay supper outdated the only thing that was great was the pillows and the bed was okay. But it did not matter because i could not sleep highway 34 is right next to the hotel and all night and i mean ALL NIGHT all I heard was the traffic. It was like the window was wide open and the noise just traveled through the window or the air conditioningunit. Not exacly what I wanted the night before a big test for a job. I was finally able to fall asleep at 12am and next thing i know lawn mowers and leaf blowers at 6am. I would highly recommend a different hotel the highway is just too loud and im a heavy sleeper fyi. Will not recommend.

Very quiet hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good breakfast and nice breakfast room. Very convenient location.

Overall a good stay though property is older - we still liked our room (executive suite).
