Very dirty room that wasn’t cleaned properly. We arrived late and were very tired but noticed how bad it was when we woke up.

There is no electric charges for cars and the place that we were recommended next door charge $55 for an hour. This is unacceptable to offer some sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience and cost of the convention center chargers. I was extremely disappointed.

Why even have staff? Was completely ignored until practically yelling at them. Really, we used our social skills. Too bad your staff have none.
Even when I did get their precious time, they gave attitude and couldn’t/wouldn’t answer my simple questions. Thought I was paying for some kind of service here but just wasted my money.

It was a good experience, very nice hotel. However when I checked in the employee wanted to charge me extra fees and parking but the parking was included, and she was aware of it.

I liked that it was very convenient to get to the convention center. The room was very nice. The only thing that was ok was the curtain it was a bit hard to pull to open and close, it would also leave crumbs on the floor. The staff at the restaurant inside the hotel don’t remember the name need to be a little more friendly and ask if we would like to order. I didn’t get her name but I do remember she was African American

Room was very clean, bed was a little worn but slept fine, but my issue would be when coffee is restocked. Coffee was replaced, but sweeteners were not the same the second morning as they were the first. I would just like consistancy, so I know what to expect. Nevertheless, I will stay again when I visit the area next time.

Service was excellent. Staff were super friendly. We spent most of our days at Sequoia national park, and came back in the evenings and spent time at the pool. Kids had a lot of fun there. Would stay again when we're in the area.

We felt lucky we could stay at Visalia Marriott. It is about 30 miles away from Sequoia NP but we cannot complaint at the moment. We enjoyed the trip and stayed happy at Visalia Marriott. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Parking is $10 per night and a microwave at each floor.

Property was clean and quiet. I made a reservation for three people; two queen beds, and we got a king bed. After driving over two hundred miles and got there at 11:30 pm and ready to rest.. We were not be able to get relocated as requested. We had a terrible and restless night. Id appreciate if look into this and get back for this bad service.

Or stay was fabulous. The only thing was make sure they check the air conditioner, we had to change rooms, but they were very kind about it and apologetic. But didn’t offer a sensitive for all the moving around we all had to do.

Everything was great about this place. The only criticism is that it doesn't include parking. You got to pay $10 for in-and-out parking; wished they just included it in purchasing a night stay instead of nickel and diming for additional things that should come along with staying here.
