Overall it was good, just the hot water for shower was not stable, it’s cool and not warm enough.

Room was nice, staff was incredible, breakfast was good. The only thing was some of the laundry machines were broken which made it inconvenient and time-consuming, and they are managed by an outside vendor so the hotel staff couldn’t help. But that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.

We stayed for Family Weekend at USC - worked out nice. Breakfast was good in the morning for the price. The staff was very friendly.

Great place to stay when in town for business. Clean and renovated - although - faucet handle in shower came loose. Starbucks served in the morning. Staff all friendly and professional. For cost and condition this will be my go-to. Parking is $25/night but you’re going to pay at least that anywhere else. Such a scam but welcome to LA.

Good hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, convenient location (around the corner from the Westgate mall with restaurants and plenty of stores including a Target).

The property was close to Area Mall, 15 ride to Marina Del Rey and other sights.
The staff were friendly helpful, breakfast buffet great. Pool a little dirty at the bottom.
Room #317 safe was broken I couldn’t use it and sink faucet was also loose.
But otherwise hotel clean. Remodeled, safe!

The windows were dirty. The mattress was old and the pillows were uncomfortable. Light switches in the bathroom were dirty.

Parking fee a little excessive at 30/day for not seeing security. Did not have the most confidence riding the elevators; it seemed to be stuck on one floor one morning.

The hotel was central to lots of attractions, including a shopping mall right next door. The hotel was clean, great staff, and big parking lot at a reasonable price. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend to guests traveling to LA for a family getaway.

I liked the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the dining staff. I did not like to have to go from the third floor to the fifth floor to get ice because the ice machine was broken on my floor. I did not like that the jacuzzi water was lukewarm. I didn’t like that pieces of tile were chipped around the jacuzzi and that the handrail at the jacuzzi was wobbly/loose. When I mentioned each of these concerns to the front desk, I was told that maintenance would be sent. I stayed for six days and the problems still existed when I left.

I was a little surprised with the area around the property. Its very close to a mall which is great but arriving at night and seeing that this. hotel is kind of on the edge of the "neighbourhood" with some sketchy people walking around, the vibe didn't match my expectations. I think it's safe enough but didn't feel comfortable going to and from the car at night. There are a lot of trees in front and to the side of the property so it's also easy for people to hide there. I may be over thinking it since LA is a big city for me but worth mentioning. The room was ok and the staff were kind.

Good location. Room is not clean some stain and rusty on the pipe faucet. The toilet flushing is extremely noise and loud bothering us the most. I wonder why hotel goes with this toilet. Many branches with cheap price and practical. This is first time I see the toilet noise loud like that.
Toilet is not clean when flushing it is very bad design toilet. Please replace it with normal simple one. Plus the toilet paper roll is designed very bad position. The trash is underneath. Hotel must look into the rest room design. Do simple and normal

Good? Nice staff. Newly remodeled. Pretty good location. Bad? Bathroom sink faucet loose and coming off. TV mount on wall loose. Coffee maker plug covered with wall plate, cannot use. Walls a bit thin. No microwave, but they do have a fridge. Restaurant super expensive.

Clean property. Convenient location. We had an unfortunate "vape situation" and had to move rooms because the smell was so strong in the hallway and we were traveling with a child. We didn't feel like the staff did enough to investigate and we were the ones that were inconvenienced by needing to move.

Phone in room doesn’t work. Foul odor in bathroom. Smells like sewer gas. Toilet sounds like it’s going to explode when it flushes. Day 2 of our stay, it was after 4 pm when the man came to provide services to correct the issues and he was unable to fix the problems. Housekeeping showed up at 5:55 pm to refresh the room. All in all not a good experience.

Had to change rooms because, even on the ninth floor, we could hear a party going on downstairs. So so loud!! I asked for extra blankets several times and never got them. The rooms are definitely old and outdated. The front staff was very friendly. There is only one dining option. The buffet was expensive and terrible.

Place is worn. Bathrooms smell weird. Not a great hotel. Half the staff was great, half didn’t care.
