This is the second time I have stayed here and it was wonderful again. Will be back again

We stayed here for three nights because it was close to the shopping centre and train station. My husband worked from the room and had a massive desk and chair overlooking the window and park views. The shower was great and the room (and bathroom) was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable enough. I would definitely stay again.

Right from the outset I felt welcomed. We moved from the Mecure at Blacktown because it was dirty and incredibly overpriced.

Great that it is off the main roads and paid parking is not too far. Trainee staff (I only know due to her having the badge) was a great help and wish her all the best. The carpets maybe due for a change as it really reduces the quality but overall pretty good. Pity no IHG points when booked through Wotif.

Loved staying here. From the moment we arrived, staff were helpful & professional & were at all times throughout our stay. Plenty of space in the room & even a bath which is quite rare in hotel's these days. We used the pool & hot tub a few times & fresh towels were always available.
Breakfast was buffet of hot & cold food, always the same, but always fresh & the hot food was hot & well cooked.
5 minutes to walk to the train station, the big Westfield shopping centre & downtown Parramatta.
Only down side was we had hired a car during our week’s stay here & while the hotel had its own car park, it costs $20 per 24 hours, so our week cost us an extra $140 in parking charges. Just be aware of this if you plan to stay here with a car

THE BEDS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE, AND THE SHOWER HEAD LOOKED LIKE IT HAD SOME SORT OF DISEASE ON IT,, the staff at front desk were very rude.

Our family had a wonderful time. Hotel was nicer than expected. We had a double double room (2 beds) which was large enough for our family of 4. Room was clean and the pool was very fun for the kids. Location was good too. Very close to Westfield and train station. I would stay there again. Buffet breakfast was great.

Location is great. 5 minutes' walk to the rail station, several halal restaurants around. Great hotel breakfast.
Cleanliness is generally good, the only thing I would suggest to hotel management is to consider changing the carpet in the corridors. They are very old and looks dirty.
The fittings in the bathroom are from the sixties...time to upgrade, I think.

May I suggest a VISUAL map when assisting guests with transport options at the local train/bus terminal. As a former education support worker, I could clearly see the need for a visual map/list of what transport to take when heading to Olympic Park - which during our stay,is where a large number of guests were headed. Verbal is helpful, but a visual (& can take a photo also) is even better :) Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
