We rented for the night for my grandson‘s birthday and to enjoy the waterslides. We got there around 4:30 to check in and it took about 30 minutes and once we checked in, we were only allowed to go into the waterpark for less than an hour because part of the park was closed off for an event at 3:00 pm the pools closed by 6. it closed at three and the other park was closed. Someone should have told us before that weekend that there were limited times when we rented. Had we known we would’ve chosen another weekend to do so and we didn’t get to spend as much time using the facilities as we wished we could with my grandson’s birthday, so it was disappointing. However, the time we did spend was very nice and the staff was friendly And courteous . Check in time at 4pm is not the best if the water parks and pools close at 5 and 6 pm

This was our first visit and we will definitely be coming back. Having stayed at five star resorts all over the world this place did not disappoint. From the large hotel rooms, spacious bathrooms, friendly staff. Great mall across the street.

We evacuated during Hurricane Milton. Happily, we chose this outstanding resort. Amazingly kind staff and top notch service during a very stressful time.

The location is convenient because is close to Aventura mall, rooms are nice but the property is very big and while is raining is hard to walk around floors get flooded, slippery and is desgusting. So unfortunate since the property is beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is massive and in impeccable condition, with top-notch cleanliness and the warmest, most welcoming staff I've ever encountered. The on-site water park, complete with slides, a surfing pool, and a lazy river, made for an unforgettable family experience—fun at every turn!
The hotel restaurant was also outstanding, serving delicious food, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional kindness of the staff—simply extraordinary service all around.
Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute stroll to Aventura Mall, perfect for shopping or exploring a variety of entertainment and dining options. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. This resort has an adult only pool along with a water park, lazy river etc. they also had a golf course. The water park is kids friendly and families can enjoy with their kids. During each stay there’s a resort fee, we stayed 4 nights so our resort fee was $307, you also don’t get a refund if you didn’t use the resort during your stay. The only downfalls I had were: the rooms didn’t have any refrigerators or microwave, and the restaurants on site are ridiculously overpriced!. Aventura mall was close by along with Publix, cvs and Walgreens, all within walking distance. I would recommend purchasing food from one of those places instead of dining at the hotel if you want to save money, the mall had plenty of restaurants and dining options to choose from.
Overall we had a great relaxing time!!. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful stay check in was perfect, upgraded to a suite as they didn't have my room available. Grounds were gorgeous only issue was cost of food. 90$ for breakfast for 1 adult and 1 child buffet is a bit steep. 28$ for a personal cheese pizza just seemed a bit much after paying 400 plus for 1 night stay.

The property was lovely. We stayed in the Orchid building. Super close to the lobby. Room was spacious, the bathroom was beautiful and equally spacious and the balcony had a lovely few of the golf course. We loved the amentities aka Tidal Cove entry. Our kids had the best time. We ate at Bourbon Steakhouse (10 ppl) in celebration of a birthday and honestly it did not impress. My Branzino was flavorless and the birthday boys meat was overcooked. Not what we had hoped for so we likely will not eat there the next time we visit. Service was lacking as well. Otherwise we had a lovely time at the Turnberry.

We are came to the hotel at 10 AM , and got our room at 6:30 PM without any excuse. The situation concerned a lot of people whose patiently sit around the lobby, even so there too small chairs to seat, so I had to wait outside. The stuff didn't explain us what's going on, just said they don't know. We asked to call manager but he wasn't on site or just didn't want to speak with us, I talked with stuff whose worked with cars and luggages and they said it's common situation. For this level of hotels it's unbelievable.

It is extremely expensive to what it offers, the Valet service is very slow due to the building's layout, drinks and meals are so expensive that it is worth to go eat somewhere else.

I just expected as a resort hotel to have some entertainment. More kids activities, like in the pool. Even the bar area was boring.
Golf area is only allowed for members and the water park was great.
Food and alcohol is extremely expensive.

Nice resort. The room was ok. Clean and big enough for 5 people. The pillows were terrible.
There were many people screaming and partying till late, and although we called.the front desk, nobody came to make them quite.
Any extra activity was super expensive. In addition, there was no activity during August, although it's still summer vacation...
The elevators.in the building didn't work when we arrived, and the morning we checked out (9 days later...).

Beautiful property with a great pool. The pool can be busy but get there early and the kids can easily get some slide time in. Parking is expensive at $45 a night for self park, but I get the sense that is the standard in the area
