It’s was a great stay. The kids enjoyed all the amenities (including the jacuzzi). My only complaint was the hotel doesn’t use any comforters on the bed but it was comfortable overall. Would come again.

Check in was great and smooth. Room as really nice as always. Went out for dinner and the outside lights were off. Came back and called the front desk as the lights were still out and thank god for cell phones. Pitch black. Chairs at table were very uncomfortable. But had a great stay

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the large (and safe) grassy area for our dog, the walk-out patio, and the alpacas. The staff at breakfast and check-in were terrific! We had been traveling for 5 nights, this was our last night on the road and it was the best by far! Wonderful!

Love the llamas! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, breakfast, convenience (it’s close to downtown Sisters, Oregon. Didn’t like that our door lock wouldn’t work, but they fixed it pretty quickly.

Room suite was terrific - in great shape and tons of room. Great bed. Breakfast on site was outstanding and short little ride back into Sisters gave lots of dining /shopping options.

My bathroom tub had long hair and pubic hair in it. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, but housekeeping was gone for the day once we arrived so I had to go get cleaning supplies from the front desk and clean it myself. They offered me a discount then later said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party.

The room is very dark, but large. Lots of seating but not very comfortable. It’s an okay stay but a bit too pricey for the quality. I won’t be going back.

This was our first time staying in Sisters, but definitely not our last. We fell in love with this small town, which gives off a small town vibe like Telluride & Ouray....and filled with the nicest people you could want to meet. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise with a rustic feel, but exceptionally clean, quiet, and just so relaxing. My wife and I mentioned during our stay how Ponderosa Lodge had become our favorite hotel...not to mention the Alpaca herd just a couple hundred feet from our room. After getting back home I've already made a reservation to go back for a week in October.

This was by far the best hotel room we've stayed at ever. The bathroom/jetted tub was amazing. Super clean. Comfy bed. Quiet, nice hit tub and pool. Great breakfast. Overall just amazing.

The hotel room was beautiful, big and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, the pool warm, and the bed comfortable. I would stay here again in a second.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice, area around the property was beautiful. Bed was very uncomfortable, in the span on 2 night averaged about 2 hours of sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. My girlfriend ended up sleeping on the couch, she said it was more comfortable than the bed. Hot tub was open and there were people being loud and obnoxious that also made it hard to sleep. When my girlfriend and I were in the hot tub it was nice until a mom and 2 kids came into the hot tub. One of the kids were swimming and splashing around like they were in a pool and the other was blowing snot rockets into the hot tub. More adults came in and they were drinking which made it very difficult to enjoy the hot tub.

We are repeat guests at The Ponderosa. We stay in the jacuzzi suite. It is very romantic and very cozy.

We love this place. My wife and I stayed there at numerous occasions. It sits in the middle of the trees while being so close to town. The rooms are large and comfortable.
